I met Method Man as a young reporter when he came to perform in Trinidad back in the 90s. He was such a cool character and we just chatted for about an hour and it was not an interview, we were just talking. I'll never forget how gentle he was. I'm happy to see how excellent he is doing at this stage in his career! Love him always! ❤❤❤

I love watching the evolution of Method Man. He makes me smile because he’s so open and honest. He lays all this ish out there. He admits his errors and apologies for what he did. Meth has come a long way. From C.R.E.A.M. to Davis McLean. Can't believe _36 Chambers_ turns 30 this year. Put the WU in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame next year.

The last summer jam that was free here in Detroit down at Heart Plaza, I had backstage passes with a couple of my homies, and I got to perform right next to Method Man on stage. I was literally one person away from him rocking out to the crowd. classic moment for me.💯

I'm 36 and i remember some day in the early 00s i was smoking weed outside a bar we play pool at in Amsterdam.
All of the sudden we seen methodman walk by. So i told my friend and he did not believe me. So we followed him and i said Yoo meth, i love your music and gave him a fist bump.

I felt that whole conversation as a old head at 37 years old when meth said about mixing real r&b with hip hop/rap . You don't really hear that authentic r&b sound anymore mixed with hip hop/rap like you used to back in the day . Now it's more autotuned. It was more authentic back then .
My brother in law played for the Jets many years ago. My sister (we're from the Coastal Bend South Texas) beach girls. When she moved to NY....she introduced me to the Wu Tang Clan...and I was hooked...this was in the late 90's/early 2000, it's been a while...I was hooked from then til now...this is a wonderful interview.
