@@Flowium hi, i have this same problem! i collect the birthdays through klaviyo's signup forms. however, "birthday" in the trigger is still not an option. are you able to provide a step by step on how to collect birthdays (through klaviyo) and have them available as triggers (unless you use something else)? thank you so much!
Hi Andriy, how do I manually add a customers birthday to their profile? We are not collecting this data through a form rather customers reply to an email with their birthday. I tried doing it by creating a custom property on the profiles page but that didn't work. Thanks
Hi, Andriy. I added the Birthday Flow from the Klaviyo flow library but wanted to ask what date format this works in. For example MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM, etc. We are Australian based and haven't started collecting birthdays yet but are in the middle of setting up a lead gen to do so. We want the dates the subscribers provide and therefor what is sent through to Klaviyo to be DD/MM. We are not using a Klaviyo form but a 3rd party. Will this work with this Birthday flow? I couldn't find anywhere on how to set what the format should be. Thanks.
A third party company is setting up a lead gen for us. They’re connecting via API (they’re not on the integrated platform list). Should we have our subscribers add in DD/MM on our pop up but we send through to Klaviyo the opposite MM/DD? Not sure how this would all work but can try to ask our 3rd party. If you have any thoughts on this that would be great. It just makes more sense for us to ask customers to enter DD/MM otherwise I can see lots of incorrect entries happening!
