Probably even worse. Now after 10 years the pain medicine doesn't work anymore. I'm only 51 not 91. I'm going to order your grit thing today. After I get back from the pain clinic!! Something has to change!

Please help me. I've been dealing with this exact thing since October. I've seen 2 chiros, massage, and ART, and a 9 hr trip to the ER to get an MRI when I didn't sleep for 6 days straight. No one can figure out the stomach pain, which I also had an ultrasound for. Found nothing. I found two people on your website that are a few hours from Sacramento,CA but I'm getting so desperate. I start a new m.s. PE teaching job and my new boss already said, "how are u going to teach PE like that?". I'm so desperate and tired of living this way. I think a few sessions could get me back to normal living and I don't know how much longer I can go like this for.

I had a Medtronic Interstim implant removed from above my priformis muscle where I now experience sciatic pain. Is it possible that there could be adhesions from the surgery to implant and then remove this device cause my pain? Thanks!

I live in NJ and have been looking for awhile for a fix like this because burning sciatic pain started when i was 24 and still have it at 30 years old. 100% not a disc issue and doctors only offer everything but physical therapists or adhesion release because they dont take my word for it and not taking me serious being so young and athletic saying i just have a weak core... how to remove that adhesion by yourself?
