Amazing content as usual, since Pend is best deck. Do you plan on making a Vaylantz deck profile? Other youtubers get out some decent boards but they aren't nearly as good as what you could probably put out 😂 Though, if anything, just seeing you post videos on any Pend deck is good enough!

It all depends on the cards that are being played in the format at that time, your own decks (shifter) and if hand traps have good use too. In the current meta for example, droll & lock bird is more effective than ash bc as you've seen here many decks can play through one ash, but droll would've prevented triff from adding any cards to his hand after the first add. So you basically have to be at least aware of any meta decks played at a time and what they want to do the most. Against tearlement, if you don't need your GY that much, shifter is really really good. Against kashtira, who don't need their GY, droll is really good. It's a process, you'll learn it along the way
On the local level it's hard to say bc ppl tend to play what they want and you can't prepare for every deck. A card I think has to be included in literally every deck is Called by the grave, but since it's limited to one copy, you can't 100% depend on it.
I’ve been trying this deck but I’ve really been struggling against spright going first full combo with melffy engine and synchro into herald of arc light and later link I:p into unstoppable crusadia Avra max it’s just unreal that deck… I’ve lost every encounter against it except for one time when I was playing kaijus but they were able to make a comeback as they had double spright burst and also one time when I was able to super poly but still lost… I hate that spright combo with melfy engine and toads cuz you can’t bystial them as they are water !!!!😢
quite a bit, Majesty and Ignis are both URS and you need 3 copies each, then you need the rest of Extra Deck wich is more URS (Prominence, Dinoster, Paladin, Hope Harbinger), then you need 3 copies of Odd-Eyes Revolution Dragon that is a UR as well... Yes the deck is pretty expensive
Yes, it is 300 UR dust to get all of the UR dracoslayer cards alone, and then 390 if you also need a playset of odd-eyes revolution dragon. A lot of the other stuff such as bystials, hand traps, and extra deck is fairly generic, but cost will be even higher if you are missing those as well.

The sloth lechery line stops most board breakers like super poly and dark ruler and if you can then end on a baronne or borreload savage you can stop one evenly. But honestly, the version from the video is probably the best for bo1 since you really dont want to draw bricks going second and can get enough followup and interaction through bystials to survive one boardbreaker. Spright and dragon link are some of the top decks and both can struggle against evenly too, doesnt make them not the best. You dont have to win turn 1.

Ignister is so good, he's aged so well and he's really old in terms of new cards. One of my absolute favorite synchro's.

Seems hard to play into kash with pend cuz they usually banish electrumite and lock pend zones but I guess it’s fine if you don’t even have to pend 😂

You can probably end on baronne with a bystial + tuner off the ignis phoenix, also good against handtraps like nibiru early in the combo
