I am not a glitter gal but you are right about that glitter doing so much for the snow effect! This was beautiful! Have a great Christmas with your family my friend!
So pretty and festive. My resolution for next year: finding a full time job with a better payment so I can keep my living standard and finally open my fascia therapy parlor. This past year was very challenging for me personally - financially, emotionally and also with my health. But I already have the feeling that Im coming from the bottom upward. So Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to Chantal and all fellow subscribers of this channel. May the coming year become better than this very trying one.
We have the same New Years Resolution….I added ‘finish one project beginning to end’ coz i jump craft and nothing gets finished lol. This looks amazing! Thanks for showing how you made the room box
This diorama is gorgeous!!❤ I'm in awe how you recycle items into stunning art pieces. Wishing you, your family and your UA-cam community a very Merry Christmas!
Really like this project! The wreath and the lights make it feel like home! Yes, I can see the fresh snow glitter with the lights and the ice on the walls.
First, I applaud your use of glitter without it exploding everywhere. You made this look so realistic! Awesome. Cant wait for the upcoming live streams!
This looks so realistic with your snow. I really appreciate when you show us how to do some of the new stuff step by step. You are so creative. The way you did the Poinsettias was one of those creative ideas. It definitely sets off the door with Christmas Wreath. And when you work in the lights is great how show off all the other touches you add along the way. Everything came together so lovely. I am planning to get by some of the Live Streams this week. That is my plan anyway. Looking forward to seeing what you are going to be doing. Bye 🙋🏼♀️🎄📯🎁
Very beautiful and festive ✨🎄. Well done Chantal 🙌. Best wishes to you and family for the Holiday season. May 2022 be filled with health, happiness and loads and loads of crafting projects 😉
Like your solution for creating small poinsettias. FYI the red of the poinsettias are the leaves as well. The flowers are the yellow centers. When you look at the plant, note how the green and red are similar shapes. You could use the one-leave punch for the whole plant. Nice work!
I love it! So detailed! The poinsettias amazed me! I can't believe how you can look at a maple leaf and see poinsettia! The microbead application is genius! I can't tell you how many microbeads I have chased around my table 🤣
How lovely❤️ I can’t believe I missed this one last month. I am so glad I came across it today.I have been wanting to do something similar but be able to switch scenery to match the season or holiday 😊 Thanks for sharing.
Merry Christmas to you and your family. I can't imagine having Christmas in the summer without snow. I live in a very snowy place and I love it. " The Greatest Snow On Earth. " I guess if you celebrate Christmas, you love it no matter where you are. And so I don't forget, Happy New Year!
Very Festive! I am particularly taken with the wreath - those brilliant flowers MAKE the wreath. Not a bit of this looks like a DIY, craft room, magazine article rush job. The details (and that glitter) are wonderful and the entire project screams artisan, with a lot of personality. Oh, I am so fond of this channel~!!!! Wishing you and yours the joys of the season - GRC
Merry Christmas to all your 2 and 4 leg family (or 1 or 3 if appropriate, or none come to think of it, as I don't know if you have fish, or snakes - ahh, I think I will stop there as this holiday greeting is getting distinctly weird!). Thank for such a wonderful year and allowing us to share in your crafting life. May your wishes be merry and bright 😘💖💕 🎄🎄✂️🎀🎁🎍🏖️⛄🦿🦵🥳
This was so cool. I'm making my mom and mother in law something like this for Christmas. So it was cool to see you make this. An happy holidays to you and your family 🎊❤️
Beautiful diorama! I love this! Thank you for all your amazing creations! Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I can’t wait to see what wonderful things you will create for us this coming year! Blessings and Peace! ✝️🎄🎅🏻❤️💚☮️
I love this diorama! The camera quality looks so good! Absolutely love how you use recycled materials to achieve this project. Great video as always! Happy Christmas!
Love it! And I don’t like Christmas. Your streams will be very welcome as the Netherlands is going into a hard lockdown from tomorrow. We can therefore start creating with what we have around the house since all shops will be closed. Looking forward to your streams and of course happy holidays!
That turned out really nice! It's beautiful. I'll have to try something similar for next year. Merry Christmas 🎅. My goal for next year is to declutter and organize my home. 🏠
This is awesome and I loved the crackled door! Maybe in the future you could do one with a crackled door. I don't have new years resolutions, I just do stuff when I feel like it, lol. Merry Christmas Chantal to you and your family!
New Years Resolution - same as it has been for the last handful of years - to try and do something artistic or creative every day. This time, I'll be including a "50 Abstract Faces" challenge, spread out as one per week, and *_hopefully_* one plein air oil painting a month. It's been the only resolution I've made, that I ever get close to completing.... even if "life" tends to have other plans.
Merry Christmas to you and your family 🙂 I plan to do more versatile crafting. Due to a lack of time, I stuck to "speed" crafting cards and boxes in the last 2 years. But the other stuff dusts in my drawers and I already had to throw away full bottles of paint / paste. Quite annoying, hate to waste things.
This is Stunning!!!! 💖💖💖💖. You have such amazing talent. Those poinsettia flowers are gorgeous and really make that wreath look beautiful! Can I fit any more superlatives in? 🤗🤗🤗🌹Rosie of Oz🇦🇺 & 🐶Omega the Cavalier🐶
You are a crafting inspiration! I had a go recently at making a shrunken head like yours, strangely by pure coincidence it ended up looking a bit like someone I don't like making it all the more creepy hahahaha. Have a wonderful Christmas
The rolls of gift wrap and the bags are some we won in a blind bag draw at a miniature show. They are mini bags made from patterned paper (you can look up how to make real size ones and scale them down) and the gift wrap are just rolled up pieces of patterned paper. The parcels are pieces of foam wrapped with brown paper and string put around them :) Hope this helps!
Sorry for the late reply. It was high up on a shelf and I couldn't reach it! The outside frame, the front is 11 x 9 inches, or 27.5 x 22.5 cm The box is 10 cm or 4 inches deep. You can do this with any frame you like, just build the box out at the back :) I then glued the original frame backing to the back of the box to close it. hope this helps!
@RevansMinis ooh so sorry thank you so much for your trouble!! I am making one I started a week ago. So mine is a 8x10 frame and 5 inches deep I love how it is coming along The poinsettias are darling but a bit fussy to make :) I just added the snow and glitter and the lights are on the swag waiting to be glued on after everything is dry Still working on the door wreath poinsettias ! very excited how this will look !!
Great video! Beautiful results!! I have a question about your camera. I have a channel and I paint 1:6 scale figures and I'm having a hard time with camera angles showing details. I'm also using a DSLR camera but I'm wondering if you could tell me what lens you're using? You have great close up detail with your camera!! Thank you so much for any info you can give me. 😊 Merry Christmas to you!
I used to do ALL my filming with an Iphone 7.... yes! an Iphone! Phones actually have really good cameras. But this new set up is done with a Canon 80D with an 18 - 55 mm lens. I edit with adobe premiere pro.
@@RavensMinis I do use my phone sometimes (Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g) but I have invested quite a bit into the camera and overhead boom so I'd like to shoot with that. I'm assuming you're using a wide-angle lens, I was just wondering which one in particular. I need to get in very close to show how I paint eyes and tint details. If you're interested in seeing what I paint, my channel is called HomemadeJam3d. I'm in such awe of your work!! You are so creative! 😊

I don't celebrate Christmas by choice, not religion, but I feel inspired to make something like this. It's a beautiful festive scene

Exquisitely beautiful design and full of interesting details and colours absolutely breathtaking 😍🥰🥰😍
I 💜 this!!! I can imagine making the front doors (past & present) of family/friends and having a village of doors.
That's a fun idea!
Lovely and festive! It reminds me of childhood memories of my grandmother’s door decorated so beautifully.
