7:04 does this cancel have a 1 frame window or something? I can cancel the 6k into hammerfall but it doesn't combo no matter what, even if i charge with up back. Any tips would be good 🙏
I think the Hammerfall combo'd because the 6K was meaty, so FAB got an extra plus frame compared to normal. EDIT: Rewatching, it looks like the 6K might just have to hit your opponent crouching (FAB does the combo again at 17:20 and the Sol is crouching).
Why should they include combos? I mean challenge combos I guess are interesting but if you're engaged enough to care about them and the like you should know how to look them up for a character you're particularly interested in. Honestly, it's more of a shame the developers aren't giving that kind of advice out on some splash art or something.
man, those FRCs and slashbacks are absolutely goddamned insane; i can't imagine hitting those with any degree of consistency.
