Absolutely brilliant. This also explains why descending triangles always results in the bottom breaking before a major reversal to the upside, like BTC did in 2018-2019. A downward triangle creates lots of stop loss liquidity, and it also explains why the volume is massive after the triangle is broken. After that, BTC dropped to $3k, and subsequently flew to $65k. This makes so much sense now (rather than just thinking "that's how it is.")

think of the zone as an area with more stops than the liquidity area..if in an uptrend, price will just liquidate the zone carryng the sell limits and continue with the buy
The statement is equally confusing but the concept behind it is the grabbing or clearing of liquidity before poi. The chart patterns that are usually formed before poi like demand or supply zones are usually cleared before price taps into the unmitigated demand or supply zone before moving in the dominant direction. Those chart patterns like EQHs or EQLs act as source of liquidity because retail traders usually placed there SL at these areas. Also understand that price uses these liquidity to fuel it's momentum
