- Hello everyone!!!! My name is Charlie and I have moved to Orlando Florida to work at Walt Disney World as a cast member for an entire year doing the UK Cultural Representative Program.
In today’s video you will be able to see Me, Alex, Freya and Matt and Joanne as we travel from Orlando to New Orleans!
We spent 4 days and 3 nights in the French quarter and managed to tick off as many activities as we could when we were there.
We ate beignets at Cafe De Monde,
We did a Voodoo, Vampire and Ghost walking tour,
We visited Oak Alley Plantation for a self guided tour of the grounds,
We did a Luisiana Bayou boat tour,
and we spent the evenings in the bars along bourbon street!
It was so nice to see another part of the country and I most definitely can't wait for the next one!

You couldn't pay me to go to NOLA in summer...it's hotter than Satan's armpit! Y'all need to plan a trip to New Hampshire, Maine or Vermont for the fall festivals and don't miss the apple cider donuts...yum😋 I live in Nashville,TN...might be fun to visit Gatlinburg in the smokey mountains when it's cooler too! If you have CM entry at Disneyland I think it's only about a 5 or 6 hr flight....so many fun ideas! Hope you're all having fun and enjoying yourselves!❤
I love NOLA but you guys are extremely brave going in the summer time. I've never gone before late September bc the heat is too oppressive to just enjoy the day walking around. Omg, also you guys were in NOLA, you gotta go for the food! My heart sank when you stopped at the arches. There are some great cheap eats everywhere off the touristy trap places.

You need to get out to Disneyland and see New Orleans Square. Amazing detail. My ex was from Baton Rouge and when I took him he said it was just like the real New Orleans. Except it didn’t stink and have bars all over the place!😂

Boone hall plantation has a guided tour that is so much better than the one you visited
I wish you would have been warned and prepared for Bourbon Street. I would personally never step foot in that area unless I had 3 or more drinks beforehand. 🤣 There is just too much craziness there to enjoy it sober! And for non drinkers, I wouldn’t recommend visiting unless it’s in the morning or early afternoon.
The bathroom would’ve been my 13th reason 😭
🐀🐭🐀 Seeing a Rat in the most Expensive restaurant, is just proof of how much it is a scam place!!! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ I believe they profiled your group and gave you the brush off... besides that unfortunate incident, I enjoyed the rest of your discovering America Adventure 🎉🇺🇸🎉
