I really enjoyed this interview. Ghanaians are creative, industrious, hardworking and resilient people. Just put the right systems in place and pay them well, you’re good to go. Eddie Blay has made my day! I pray that one day he’ll own farms both in Ireland and in Ghana. Chale the guy make am! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Waooow my Bro Eddie,l was in the same company with him in KSA my formal company and nowadays l always see him driving machines in Ireland. So proud to see him, Eddie left our plant CPP2 to farms without our knowledge around 2019-2020 and later we got to know about it. Almarai was one of the best food processing companies in the world and currently the 7th best company in the whole world . Thanks DJ NYAAMI for bringing our brother here❤❤❤
One thing about the western countries the government helps the farmers, the government has fund for farming so is easy to get bank loans to buy the equipments for your farming

Wow i had the same opportunity from Saudi to Ireland but unfortunately one thing disqualified me..A pic of a cow or videos though I was working as a poultry farmer and they were looking for a cow farmer.

There is always power in doing research. If you research and make your enquiries you will never lack. The bad luck Ghanaians wanted to deprive you of your chance. Now see where you and what you have achieved.
Ireland is the most friendliest country in Europe... Much love 💌
