Help with this question please. A farmer owns the W1/2 of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 22. The remainder of the large NW1/4 can be purchased for $300 per acre. Owning the remainder of the NW 1/4 of section 22 would cost?
Hey I have a question that's off topic If a buyer wants to purchase a home but doesn't know what state they want to live in: if the buyer has an agent in each state what type of agreement does the buyer have?
Honestly, I don't know. I would need more information to give you an answer. There are 3 types of buyer agency agreements so I would need to know which type they signed with the agent. There is no universal agreement for multiple states. Remember, we're licensed by state so it depends on sooo many factors. I doubt you'll get a question like this on the exam without more details about the type of agreement they signed.
@@blaringbreeze right, that's an Open Buyer Agreement, 1 of the 3 types. Here's a video on Brokerage agreements ua-cam.com/users/livei5IuX3CeHvw?si=O2X2BFe3m5xit_vD
