Arcane Impetus could also be maxed out using loki with his 1's augment that procs a lot of status. He can also use Arcane Crepuscular at the same time, giving him a total of 90% ability strength, 30 ability efficiency and a +3x final crit multiplier.

My clanmates tested the summon buff arcane...to say this game is horrofying with how it functions would be an understatement (maggots dont work but dante's birds do for example) Atm im horrifyed at the power we're getting with these things,grendel and nidus get funny strenght,the overguard viral reverb fart,beef cake loki 2: now with more cake....doughty being bugged and shattering all CD digits...its a good day for the power creeping to creep and peak...
My dream shattered.. First time i read bout the HP/Power one.. i thought its something that might replace Molt Augmented :;/. (i do like Augmented dont get me wrong) But i had hopes that Bellacose + Arcane Blessing could have been the dream combo.. :/ Guess its not :(
What's nice about Impetus is potentially being able to get more strength from blind rage AND the arcane, whilst also not having to worry about efficiency potentially. For example if you did run it with lavos for an ability spam build, the efficiency gives you a better cooldown reduction, so more spam. Also if archon stretch procs from companions, i wonder if this also does, if that's the case it's busted with hounds.
@@Sal-fg3rsthat’s fair enough, if you try a thousand rolls at one strength vs a higher strength it will only be a little bit increase to my understanding. There is a way you can play the system by casting your 3 or 2 whenever you get a couple low rolls in a row since you are more likely to get high rolls after a few low rolls
@cowsareeverywhere2459 I played about 20 hours of Koumei and the odds just aren't in my favor. I got about 1 in 15 consistently on rolls above 20 but still not getting the 5's needed. After that I went back to my usual frames. I play for things to work the way I build them not the way the game decides I should.
Arcane bellicose seems to be a good choice for every health tank frame except inaros. At least from my perspective. Arcane guardian along with arcane blessing just seems too good to swap one out for it. Reason being, what will be the next best thing if you take off blessing for it? Inaros 4th scales with health so you would think there’s no need for strength right? Boom, his scarab shell becomes better from the more strength you have which is why adding arcane guardian is ideal to get even more armor which is all additive to his actual base armor. I already know armor kind of sucks in warframe these days but the more armor the easier it is to health tank with inaros. The only thing that becomes beneficial for taking off blessing or guardian is not having to use blind rage which is one of the mods I run on him but then you’re getting less strength and again the more strength you have the more you get out of his scarab shell. So that being said, you will either find yourself with a weak damage output from his 4th, which some people are okay with as long as it strips with two green shards, or you’re going to miss out on the armor portion of things from either not running guardian or not having good strength. I feel like if I had to choose between blessing and guardian with all of this being said, I’d probably choose blessing because of other ways of getting Inaros health pool to scale. It’s all a preference thing at the end of the day though. I run my Inaros with spellbind over his 1st because spellbind keeps his scarab shell from depleting which makes negation armor worth using since you’ll always upkeep his 3rd. My strength is at 291% which gives me 1018.5 armor when I use scarab shell so add guardian to that and you get 1918.5 armor then throw in his actual base armor which mines is 640 so it’s a total of 2558.5. There’s ways to scale his armor even further which i haven’t tested yet but I’m pretty comfortable with how I have my Inaros setup at the moment. Feedback is definitely welcomed.
@@ItsBryzoTheWolf Yeah I pretty much agree with all of this. Inaros already has several really strong arcane options, so it's a hard sell for bellicose on him. I like the idea of spellbind on him, that sounds pretty cool. I should try it.
Melee droughty is disappointing? Say that to my bo prime that has so much range, influence barely out range it. Once i max this out, definitely trying it on that. I have a feeling imma hit some stupid crit chances. Also gonna shout out the ruvox here, its incarnon tranfers all impact to puncture status. That could do things, especially with the status vulnerability it gives :3

@@Einzweig with archon continuity, it becomes 5 because of corrosive, and her 1st ability procs slash and impact so that's 7, but also there is duplex bond on your companion which counta as ability damage so you put multron on it for blast and puncture along side magnetic, radiation, and viral to have 5 more elements for 12 and then use astral bond for just one more element to get 13, which might be the maximum amount Other frames can get it without a companion, but she can get it very easily
Wait.....why would revenant or Xaku work if Nyx doesn't? They do the same thing....they all take control of existing sprites.....none of them summon. I can't think of anyone other than Inaros with his sand cats and. Titania with her summoned faeries when she goes into her 4.....maybe Yerelli with her augment should count?

Secondary inervate with sicarus might be very funny.
Sicarus can force itself to not crit unless you get a headhsot with the kings gambit perk.
Just tested impetus with koumei. She can get 13 max and keep it up. This means it gives: 78 strength and 39 efficiency

That viral one has good synergy with the secondary overguard arcane. Caps at 15k so its low enough that it can quick reproc the viral

Blast procs count towards crit build up on secondary Enervate. You can even get past 100% crit chance using them. Tested it using Atomos.

@ test it out your self! After testing it myself, I stopped running negative strength.
I tried 150 strength and still got low rolls. So luck must have just favored you.
