A restaurant’s downfall isn’t usually the food but the customer service. If you make sure your staff is on top of their customer service you’re sure to win. Look at your Google/Yelp reviews to see where you can improve although some you’ll have to take with a grain of salt. Some people complain for no reason. Best of luck to you.
