I don’t get why people are hating on this. I’m personally excited for this as fan of RTS games. The mechanics and gameplay are all that matters to me. You have the resource gathering, base building, heck there’s even micro. It’s like playing blitz chess on cocaine on your phone. Games should not limited to what platform they’re on. This could be really successful if EA doesn’t make it a play to win model.
LieutenantVague you do realize that sponsored videos always has disclaimers at the beginning right? This game is hot garbage but at least get educated before calling people "shill" "He doesnt agree with me he must be paid waaaaa"
Because its not what we want. Every bloody C&C fan wanted an actual Command and conquer game, not this shit. EA always find a way to ruin a good franchise and C&C has been its worst victim.
there is no depth in this game, its terrible!! I don,t even wanna know what kind of pay to win bullshit they gonna introduce to make a living, but thats a shame they call it a CnC! Red alert 1 is better than this, way better.
Fareed Tawk I see your point. Guess I didn’t look at it that way. It is a shame that CnC is reduced to mobile. But tbh mobile gaming is kinda dominating the market right now. I wouldnt be averse to more complicated mobile games. I was sold on the fact that it was RTS on mobile and the gameplay looks promising IMO.
Well at least he isn't denying it. I don't blame you personally for the video. But the fact that this game* is a thing is what's offensive to the fandom.

Cartoony graphics, battle royale, lootboxes - would you really want to play this in RTS format? I surely wouldn't. Just look how Dawn of War 3 failed miserably. Generals 2 had so much potential but surely it was rebranded and eventually shut down with some reasoning behind it.
Tashun Poluchun Cartoony graphics? Where the fuck have you been RA2 always had cartoon graphics, better than realism shit that looks awful 3 months after it comes out.
Mate, cartoonyness of that period and what is made nowadaws isn't really comparable. Limitations vs deliberateness. Look at games like Fortnite, Overwatch, even DoW 3 I've mentioned (compared to the 2) and you'll get what I mean. Also, Generals and TW had realistic graphics and were great games.
Honestly I don’t get it why hardcore C&C fans would even support this microtransaction abomination. After I’ve seen you promoting this game, it was for me a reason to unsubscribe simply because I refuse to even support this pay to win abomination. It was already bad enough when they pulled the plug on Generals 2 a while ago and blamed it’s failure on us, the C&C fans, wouldn’t be surprised the same thing will happen on this project as well. Bryan Vahey But I feel like it is possible to make a cnc game on mobile platforms but in my honest opinion, I feel like it should be kept in pc platform.
Bryan Vahey I agree on "mobile gaming" is the future(Two distinct evidence of this is the ROG phone with some gaming accessories and the Razer phone) but I think devs will focus more on other platforms because in the current state of mobile gaming today, its still being looked down by some people(I respect those people because some of them got some point). Also if devs successfully create a full blown rts game, it'll be a huge leap considering the percentage of people owning a phone making marketing much easier, communities bigger and connections wider.
This game had potential, two things were done wrong: 1. It was made as "the next command and conquer" rather than directly following a more traditional release 2. The PTW and level aspects make it tedious.
Nah. If he did, it appears that he'd lose virtually all of his audience haha. But there does seem to be at least a minor demand for Tiberian Sun and other westwood CNC games. Personally, I enjoyed RA2/Yuri's revenge more than the Tiberian games, but some people do prefer them.
AoE2 is one of my favorite games, it's a really good game, but it's very hard to master. And it takes a long time to play, more than twice the time for a "long" Ra2 game. So it doesn't sound like your cup of tea imo. I heard you liked CnC3(Tiberium wars) in one of your streams, that's supposed to be a decent game too, but I couldn't get into it. Same with starcraft 2, I played most of the campaign for the three factions and really tried to get into it, but I just didn't like it. I understand that it's a well-made game, but it's insanely complicated with a lot of micro. Those pro Korean players have it down to a science.
The nuke is a pretty dumb idea tbh. I would rather have a mode where you can win only by conquering the other guy. After all it’s called command and conquer not nuke and hide under a bunker......
borderline all elitist fanbases are like that the half life ones are the most elitist they juge mods like games if you make a bad mod they will treat it like a bad game.
Bryan i've got to be honest with you. The little Ad you did for this game turned me down in an instant, but this gameplay honestly looks interesting enough for a game you play once in a while. So yeah good job on this.
You're going to have to give me a completely perfect arugment of why you think this is a good game, because every single RTS instinct I have is telling me it is not. Even for generic RTS standards, completely ignoring the C&C involvement.
Hello Bryan. This is gonna be my first comment in your channel, and it's going to be a long one First, much respect for you and your videos. I love every gameplay you did with Malaboo, it's funny XD I fully understand that in the last 2 videos, you are presenting a sponsored video of the new Command and Conquer mobile game which drew quite a firestorm in the community. Before I start, let's agree that probably most of us here aren't hating you because you are doing a sponsored video and then proceed to defend the said product in the video (which is normal when you're sponsoring something), but because we hate EA itself which brought us this game, and we unfortunately have to channel those through your sponsored videos because we need every possible mediums to be heard. Now, let's discuss something, and I'm going to base this from one of your replies in the comment section "That’s why people need to give this title a chance. So we can get a true CnC pc experience in the future. Accept it as a mobile title in the CnC world and you’ll enjoy it. Or tell yourself it’s not CnC. That’s fine, too. It’s still a good game." In my opinion, for us to get a better product, it doesn't require us players to experience this hostage type situation of "you'll need to like this game or we won't give you another one". That's exactly the bad business practice that they have been tainting on every games that EA publishes. They take major IPs, slap that business practice, and then release it, and if people dislike it, they will just discontinue it because the future doesn't seem profitable to them, and it never stops. It's been like that for the past few years, name another IPs which EA "murdered" with that kind business practice. Dead Space, Mass Effect Andromeda, Sim City, and now possibly Need For Speed and Star Wars Battlefront 2. And you know what's sad? Behind those games, are TRULY PONTENTIALLY GOOD GAMES, and it's the same with this one! The fact that this day, seeing that EA has given us a totally different approach of Command And Conquer like they did 8 years ago with Command And Conquer 4 is just like reminiscing a very bad move. This could've been a fully fledged Command And Conquer game with all of its potential, but no, they had to dumb it down : - No base building - Yes harvesting is back, but it's like they turned the dial from 10/10 to 1/10 - Yes you can still build units, but it's like they turned the dial from 10/10 to 1/10 - Battle duration is also dumbed down from 10/10 to 1/10 - All in all a boring one Meanwhile, on Bethesda conference, they announced a fully fledged Elder Scrolls mobile game called Elder Scrolls : Blade. Which somehow manages to also includes town building. Doesn't mean to get out of topics here but you can see how little effort EA put into their games including this one compared to other studios. And how it's so prone to future microtransactions and paid contents like what they introduced to us back then in 2013 with the Command and Conquer remake which they cancelled. It's not hard to see why people hate this game so much especially after the latest entries of the game which wasn't doing that well before CnC entered a dead period, only to be resurrected as this atrocity. Also, the part when you say "If they don't slap a Command and Conquer name on it, people will have no problem" is so freaking true!! They can just not put CnC name and not use any CnC assets but guess what... it's EA's business practice, like it or not, they're going to slap the name and use CnC assets because they need the brand power to appeal the demographics. Which... now consists only the most passionate fans of them, including us, and you. And to be perfectly honest, despite what you stated about you genuinely liking the game, most of us can't be helped to see that you, a passionate fan, are either being : A. Paid by EA to state you like it instead of leaving it vague or B. Metaphorically, being held at a gunpoint by EA without any payment Because the majority of us, doesn't like this move, at all. This is not, in any way, a good change of direction. Yeah I know it's not fair comparing this to the previous entries in the franchise because this one is a mobile game. But why would they make a mobile game out of a franchise which defined the RTS genre to please the said franchise's fanbase? People already disliking Tiberium Alliance (if it is comparable) as it is. I loved it though, although I only played it for like 2 or 3 months before quitting because in the end I realized the more I play, the more I was being subtly driven to purchase the items they sell at the store to gain the advantage. If this is for the new generation then congratulations to EA for slapping the entire older passionate fanbase community, I hope the unknown road ahead benefits you. It's really an unnecessary step. If, and I mean IF, we're even going to get any new full fledged Command and Conquer game in the future, then this one is only a step to turn the people into thinking "OMG, EA listened to us, they make a brand new Command and Conquer title!!" and just like that, they're going to put themselves in a good spotlight once more pretending all of this never happened because it's just EA being EA. As for myself, all things considered, I'd rather has this franchise just die and be forgotten than getting a new product which only stirs shitstorm all over the community.
I'm gonna go to bed now, crying and puking until I fall asleep. What a disgrace. This game is nothing but a desecration of one of the greatest games in history .
Oh dear...i just replayed generals last week after several years and loved it. I was wondering when and if there will be a new one?! I had no idea. Now I just saw this and had to lough out loud. Sooo so sad...
No shit. C&C is dead, it sucks, but at least it was dead and that EA won't desecrate it's corpse anymore. We were wrong. Instead, EA dug up its corpse, pissed on it, hanged it on a cross, and paraded it around the internet screaming "Look guys, new C&C game lol" #fuckEA
exactly: it's a paid advertisement, instead of an honest, in-good-faith gameplay, and it's transparent as fuck All power to you man: you do you; but the mob has spoken: EA is not welcome here. From a fan's perspective this is EA yet again using its cash to ruin something we all loved: your content. Again, totally your choice, but I'm not sure that where you're going is somewhere we'll all follow. It's not personal. I get it, we all got bills to pay. We just really fucking hate EA.
You played the old C&C games like Red Alert 2 on your channel.....And you are going to tell us that this abomination is a worthy addition to the franchise? WTF dude????
You could put any kind of skin on this gameplay, and it'd fit. I think they should've just made a random game, but of course they put C&C coating and title on it to milk the IP. I hope no one falls for it.
When looking at the unit page at the end of the video, were you able to upgrade units? That concerns me if it’s competitive and someone automatically starts with stronger units.
For a mobile app game its fine remember many of us don't have expensive phones this I can load onto a $50 phone and play and the mechanics seem to mirror other rather good games I wish on Clash of Clans I had such unit control on the battlefield.
ik this game isn't like the good old cnc games but for a mobile game it's good it has good graphics i think in the future it will have more things and more game modes personally i would play that game bcz I've always wanted a cnc game on mobile
Try Rick and Morty, BrBa, Sopranos, and Horace and Pete. Second place tier goes to all the rest, a la Mad Men, Boardwalk Empire, The Wire, Lost, Bojack Horseman, Curb Your Enthusiasm, et cetera. Yes GoT is good, I've watched the first 7 seasons 3 times and can't wait for the final season.
It's a decent game for a mobile game, BUT. It's not a c&c game. They probably just modeled the units and named it after cnc because it still has a following. It's a dirty way to hurt the name even more. Even after c&c 4 and tiberium alliances. Shoutout to petroglyph games (ex-westwood) for making good RTS games
I was wondering what rivals was. I gotta say, that actually looks like a pretty fun game. I would definitely try it out. However, it is sad that this is what has become of CnC, something that was a pretty memorable part of some of our childhoods

hello EA Fan ! sorry but look like EA bitching our fan game from westwood.
Years of waiting for a mobile game
Brian Becking It doesn't the future is more bad pay-2-win games.
Brian Becking Definentally not. Mobile games are just so you can kill some minutes whereever you are.
We don’t want to see that
I can’t stop thinking about you The key is to not expect anything anymore...
wut? this is mobile??
This is pure bs, i was hoping that we might see something like c&c 2 (one they stopped working on) but fuck ea
Needing money for college life must be harsh, if you have to work for EA
Well at least he isn't denying it. I don't blame you personally for the video. But the fact that this game* is a thing is what's offensive to the fandom.
Liking this game as a "true C&C fan" is like liking Dragonball: Evolutions movie as a true Dragonball fan
Jake Branthe great analogy
Good preach try to wake this damn ass sheeple
This is the most scientifically accurate thing I've seen anyone say about this game so far.
Gate keeping is for assholes.
What about Drabonball: Evolutions?
Big fan Bryan but this a slap in the face to C&C fans, and you know it. No one would be talking about this game if it was not titled "C&C".
I expect no one to talk about this game few month after release. Command and Conquer and RTS fans won't play this burp of a game for an iOS and Android while a casual playerbase won't bother with things less accessible then an angry birds. Fire Emblem heroes at least resembles an original game with Pokemon Go being as easy to start playing as it gets (more then half of the game is just going around and catching em'). This is going to be next Deus Ex: The Fall with EA then freezing/killing the entire franchise. Who the hell is this game made for, WHAT WERE THEY THINKING.
Bernkastel Kues I agree, give it a few months and it'll be dead.
true cnc fans will mostly boycott the game while casual gamers mostly like more easy games such as clash of clans, so i will wonder what they are targeting.

Roman just Roman this isn't a cnc game Ea just searched for a good title to make the game sound good but it isnt
This is a travesty...
I played CnC back in Westwood days like many of you here.
I'm so disgusted EA has taken one of the best RTS games and reduced it to a mobile game.
I hope everyone is boycotting EA, they don't deserve a cent.
Spend money on glitter bombs and mail it to EA instead.
Couldn't agree more.
Aye, been a fan from the very beginning, but after watching this i now have visual aids...and i dont mean glasses
Dr Pepper this made my day :D
already did!
I'm happy for you Bryan, EA must be paying you a lot :)
First C&C4... Then C&C Alliances... And now this...
I feel no pain, no anger, no sorrow, no dissapointment. Getting screwed has become a normal thing.
"It feels like Command and Conquer" - dude seriously???
EA ruined this series.... this game is such a gimmick. Used to be mlg back in 2005-2010 RA2... silver7. Ra3 didn’t build on the legacy and neither will this

too much work required for that bro....atleast for EA
TURBO MAN 94 not enough opportunities for microtransactions

They don't. True fans want a REAL CnC game, not this cheap cash grab knock-off.
does this game come with chemotherapy?
Knowing EA, they might hide it in one of their lootboxes
Yea man, you wiggled your tank faster than his! In depth gameplay!
I know it's not your fault or anything, but what a disappointment.
What they should've done:
-Bring Joseph D. Kucan on stage
-Have him yell "KANE LIVES"
-Announce HD remake collection

-Mobile game
-Slapped the C&C name on it

This game is C&C 2 from computer but is mobile version noobs!
Looks ridiculous compared to what we use to play. Is this for 5 years and younger?
It's good as a mobile game. It's command and conquered simplified, and then simplified even further.
This is better than the computer i can play anywhere

It's been like that for the past few years, name another IPs which EA "murdered" with that kind business practice. Dead Space, Mass Effect Andromeda, Sim City, and now possibly Need For Speed and Star Wars Battlefront 2.
And you know what's sad? Behind those games, are TRULY PONTENTIALLY GOOD GAMES, and it's the same with this one!
The fact that this day, seeing that EA has given us a totally different approach of Command And Conquer like they did 8 years ago with Command And Conquer 4 is just like reminiscing a very bad move. This could've been a fully fledged Command And Conquer game with all of its potential, but no, they had to dumb it down :
- No base building
- Yes harvesting is back, but it's like they turned the dial from 10/10 to 1/10
- Yes you can still build units, but it's like they turned the dial from 10/10 to 1/10
- Battle duration is also dumbed down from 10/10 to 1/10
- All in all a boring one
Meanwhile, on Bethesda conference, they announced a fully fledged Elder Scrolls mobile game called Elder Scrolls : Blade.
And to be perfectly honest, despite what you stated about you genuinely liking the game, most of us can't be helped to see that you, a passionate fan, are either being :
A. Paid by EA to state you like it instead of leaving it vague or
B. Metaphorically, being held at a gunpoint by EA without any payment
Because the majority of us, doesn't like this move, at all.
Are you saying there will be no PC version of this game?
Plz what is this game requirments
What version should my device be so i can play it
I'm gonna go to bed now, crying and puking until I fall asleep. What a disgrace. This game is nothing but a desecration of one of the greatest games in history .
R.I.P. C&C !
thank you for playing this game, so we don't have to
Oh dear...i just replayed generals last week after several years and loved it. I was wondering when and if there will be a new one?! I had no idea.
Now I just saw this and had to lough out loud. Sooo so sad...
This looks like a easily forgotten title. doubt it will have enough players to keep it going considering it the Star wars one flopped
dude... stop this pls!
This game is awesome
Shut up!
"it feels like C&C" Have you ever actualy played any of the old C&C games?
this game looks NOTHING like C&C, and is almost a Z ripoff
Making any content for THIS? How can you even look at the mirror after that?
No. He seems loser and angry because he is a noob at this game.
Is this C&C Tower Defense?
How do did you get this its coming soon for me
It's sponsored, I get that, but man all these years for this. god damnit.
man, ppl from other rts type games are moving to this one and I'm like .... C&C back when was golden just like shattered galaxy and army men
"This game feels just like command & conquer"
Yeah right 😑
Wish they could just update Zero Hour. Sill playing it. Still love it.
Seems decent if it wasn't the C&C IP. A command and conquer style rts might be able to be done on mobile, but this isn't a command and conquer game.
This game does not give me the same feeling as the old C&C games did
I think most of the hate is directed at EA, not CNC
No shit. C&C is dead, it sucks, but at least it was dead and that EA won't desecrate it's corpse anymore. We were wrong. Instead, EA dug up its corpse, pissed on it, hanged it on a cross, and paraded it around the internet screaming "Look guys, new C&C game lol"
#fuckEA
Can't wait for the fucking C&C battle royale next month.
If this was an honest review, I'd be ok with this. But it isn't, so I'm not.
exactly: it's a paid advertisement, instead of an honest, in-good-faith gameplay, and it's transparent as fuck
All power to you man: you do you; but the mob has spoken: EA is not welcome here.
Can’t wait to drop $100 in IAP to support the devs for bringing this to mobile
If EA has the nerve to publish this things are worst than we think...
Bryan, put it down. Don't.
Does this game include pay2win system?
Yep since its made by EA
Of course, don't you see the premium crystal currency in the top right corner after the match? Of course it's pay2win, it's an EA mobile game.
Enjima it's ea
I'm french , i can't play it but i want... And i know a lot of people who like to play it too
Ok. It looks kinda good and cant wait to get my hands on it. Base building kinda remind me od Dark Colony...liked thatgame.
Wow...……..those three minutes were.....just riveting
And we thought C&C 4 was the final blow.
ik this game isn't like the good old cnc games but for a mobile game it's good it has good graphics i think in the future it will have more things and more game modes personally i would play that game bcz I've always wanted a cnc game on mobile
My heart has hole not even Star Wars nor Game of Thrones can fill
Try Rick and Morty, BrBa, Sopranos, and Horace and Pete.
Second place tier goes to all the rest, a la Mad Men, Boardwalk Empire, The Wire, Lost, Bojack Horseman, Curb Your Enthusiasm, et cetera. Yes GoT is good, I've watched the first 7 seasons 3 times and can't wait for the final season.
This is not CNC this is pure Cholera
The animations of this game reminds me of the crappy RA3 which Bryan still hasn't touched up to date heh
How do you do double harvester ?
I was wondering what rivals was. I gotta say, that actually looks like a pretty fun game. I would definitely try it out. However, it is sad that this is what has become of CnC, something that was a pretty memorable part of some of our childhoods
The only reason you could EVER endorse this is if you get paid..
To be real its not bad for a mobile online game.I would play it if it had many players and rank climbing
Looks like a small map?🤔
