You share equally regardless. Its a choice you have to make. Either your roomate can cover other expenses. But knowing most students, they won't want to pay extra for anything and free is considered theirs.

In England everything is online now a) mot certificate b) insurance. Only thing person needs in ca dis driver license.
Just make sure these things are charged in some safe place. They can burst sometimes.

I have used this bike for almost 2 years. The bikes are good at Movin. But I wouldn't recommend them to buy if you're planning to Uber. It becomes useless in winter with so much of hard work. The guy in the video is Rohit and he is a good person and helpful. Mechanic is a good person too but for students, the maintenance cost could be higher than you think. So, as someone who has experienced it, Uber is not worth it anymore and same with buying e-bikes. If you want to have fun only for this summer and want to go for bike rides, you can also rent here but getting a car is at the end required so why buy this before and then car if you have to and have to take the car anyway.

I agree but depending on bike, you can use in winter as well. But the real issue is having a warm clean space to store your bike. Most landlord of a basement will have problem with storing bike in unit. Outside in winter and salt, bike will rust very quickly.
