I went there May 2017 and the zoo, playground, and all outdoor attractions are new, although they did have the zip line.

You asked if anyone knew how much the Ark Encounter cost. The Goal was to build for 100 million dollars. They got it. All by the folks that caught the vision. The ministry is all debt free. Ken Ham said they will never stop building.

does the cost include everything or do you have to pay for things separately?
There is an additional cost for the zipline and movie ride. The zoo, gardens, play area, etc are included.

People can visit natural history museums for *free*, and learn about the real world.
@N/A I think you basically have to disregard all known science before you enter the Ark. That's the only way it would make sense.
