These are great additions, if you don't mind could you do a video on MEP features on the new version, in a building project.

I have literally no experience with Archicad, but I love what I see. I do have experience with other Cad software, Revit, is not one of them. I am not a fan of Autocad in any derivative. I have so many questions.

I have a question, when u open the doors, it shows you perimeters and stuff like how big the door is and stuff. Can you make a video on how to config your Options and Home Environment to make the Archicad experience easier? I think if you make this type of video it'll be extreme helpful and probably successful. Thanks for making these helpful videos :)

They really need at Google maps integration to plug in to model surrounds quickly. AI aswell

You (.....or rather Graphisoft.....) really shouldn't promote the AI visualizer as a new tool or feature for this version.
Aside from the fact that it's already available in version 27 (as clunkily as it's been implemented), it's neither an architectural tool (in the long line of developers terribly implementing the use of AI as an actual design aid to help architects actually DESIGN buildings rather than as a "cheat" to generate photoreal images), nor is it even developed by Graphisoft themselves (it's an implemention of Stable Diffusion's AI engine but with a bridge to generate imagery from Archicad's 3D window.)
It would be like promoting Grasshopper as a new tool in a new ArchiCAD version when all that's really been developed on the Graphisoft side is the bridge or connection to the actual program that Grasshopper resides in (Rhino) and to use that to do Grasshopper stuff.
The new Tooltips display while welcome, just feels like them playing catch-up to what's already been available in other software for several years now.
And I don't know if the physically-based render should be billed as a new tool either, when they're very clearly categorizing it as "Experimental".
Meanwhile Design guidelines, Design options and Roof opening tools all seem like completions (or continuations) of tools that were released in previous versions as half-baked and incomplete and based on feedback, they've now circled back to add more functionality or functions. Which isn't a terrible thing in and of itself, it just begs the question of whether they should therefore be promoted as "new" tools (they already exist in the current version - just like the AI visualizer. So how can they be "new". The fact that they exist as half-baked or not properly functioning is more an indictment on their current development process and schedule than anything).
All in all, when you strip out the marketing and promotional stance, the only truly new (actual productivity-enhancing) tool in this version......for ARCHITECTS*...primarily.......would then stand out to be the new Keynotes tool and labelling system.
(*yes, I'm aware they also have a raft of imrpovements to the MEP tool and possibly some new Structural and DDScad tools, but I'm not counting anything that doesn't specifically help in architectural design as a new tool given the fact that their last 4 versions have been MEP/Structural-centric and focused on non-architectural tools to the detriment of the software and their own credibility with users.)

Not worth the money they want for the upgrade! better stay with Version 25 and not put up with small updates.

If AI Visualizer is still limited to Nvidia GPU then this is garbage for AMD users

I've got a AMD graphics card in my desktop PC and it all seems to be working. It might be running off my CPU. Took around 2-3 min for each render.
Edit: I should have done a bit more reading/research before replying

@@archguide I also have an AMD card (RX 6800xt). I tried Vizualizer and it didn't work because Stabble Difiusion uses CUDA . And this is Nvidia technology
