I bought a gotrax g5 in the bathroom at work lol. It just hit me, I live 1/4 mile from my job, grocery store, gym. I'm tired of stopping for gas, plus I can charge it at work. I only leave a 3 mile radius 1 or 2 weekends a month and even if I go to the city or camping I can take the scooter with me and save gas out of town. He didn't mention the gotrax but I have no regrets with it. Coming up on 100 miles. I picked up a nail and had to change an inner tube but it wasn't that hard. I got a 2 pack of tubes for 12 dollars so I'm ready if it happens again
@westchristina38 PLENTY of choices. My top pick for quality and price is evercross H5. Well built mid-grade scooter with a lot of features of the higher priced scooters
That Maxfun 10 PRO, WOW WOW WOW is all I can say. It isn't just about the scooter, but their customer support and desire to further improve while continuing their 'safety first' approach. I bought that scooter, and have zero regrets. Maxfun support has been quick to provide answers, and they are taking ideas/suggestions from riders like you and me, they are taking it very seriously. Maxfun for the WIN! **Now I just have to see if they can update their display to show headlight icon when the headlight is powered on; see if they can get the blinkers icons to display on the display when the blinkers are on; unlock and/or resolve any bottle neck that is preventing power once the scooters is in higher MPH speeds; also they should soon have their blinkers turn on/off when the headlight is on. Currently when headlight is on, it makes it very difficult to see the blinker because the tail light stays powered on instead of operating like a vehicle where it powers off the parking light so you see the blinkers flashing on/off. I think they'll get it. Right now, Maxfun is proving to be the company to go with. Better support than any scooter/ebike company I've ever spoke with (6-8 companies), and the riding experience is A+.
Hey Ben, appreciate for your support and feedback. We've taken all your suggestions on board and are working hard to improve and optimize the firmware. Stay tuned for some exciting updates.
I own the Segway max G30p, Segway f-35, and Segway f-se. All stellar scooters for the money compared to other builds quality is top notch. Let me know if you guys have any questions happy to answer knowing how many scooters are in the market. Bought the segways because I've always heard their quality is unmatched
Im considering to buy my first scooter. I have just started my research but cannot decide. I also don't want to invest too much time into this. I am between the F2 PRO (600 EUR), a MAX G30D II (630 EUR), a NIU KQi3 Max (675 EUR), and a Xiaomi 4 Pro Plus. I would be using it in Germany, where speed limits are set to 20km/h, but eventually I want to move to Spain where it is 25km/h, so I would also like to have one that allows me change this limit in case I move. Could you help me to rank this list, considering the current prices I can get them?
I agree on the idea of Niu bringing out a dual-motor scooter, I love my Kqi3 Max but need better hill climb ability for my commute (and a suspension upgrade wouldn't go amiss). I know Voromotors is working on the 2024 Cruiser S with an improved stem/folding mechanism, I'd like to see that in a dual motor package as well with possibly just a little more room for raising the handlebars. More front turn signals and removable batteries all around!
There's a company that makes one of the best budget scooters that you may want to look at. Kukirin makes the G2 Max single motor and the G3 Pro dual motor. Best bang and performance for the buck.
I think that there can´t be a list of the top 2023 scooters without having tried the Segway p100. I do understand that it is your list & recommendations but this could change a lot if you add this scooter to the mix. Hopefully, you and/or Ride Guide can try this alternative soon so we can have your unbiased opinion! Still, love & enjoy your content a lot. thanks!!
I don't know how reliable will be the single front suspensión in the long term on the segway f2 pro. I've heard people having issues with some play in this area.
The Nami Klima looks good on paper.. but why oh why did they not add a deck latch to make lifting by the stem possible to bring upstairs easier. Also random want to cast into the void, but more scooter makers need to add a rear rack option like on the emove cruiser but big enough to fit a small milk crate, thats my big wish for a feature on a 2024 scooter
yes 2 poptop headlamps integrated battery charging e brakes with foot brakes less cables no chained and no sprockets yes to pedal e charging on bykes and last but not least partly inset wheels and handles larger stems
User Comment: Wow, this Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series seems really impressive! I love the idea of having a versatile power source for all my outdoor adventures. It's great that it's waterproof too. Definitely considering getting one for my next camping trip!Response: I couldn't agree more! The Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series is a game-changer for outdoor enthusiasts like us. Its massive capacity and fast recharging make it perfect for extended trips. And the fact that it's waterproof gives us peace of mind in any weather condition. Highly recommended for your camping adventures!

Mukuta 9/10 Plus, Yume, Teverun, Nanrobot LS7, VSETT, Slack Core 920R, Ultron, Miniwalker, Dragon, Bolzen and Obarter. Maybe on this channel or on RG you can go into all the subsidiary scooter brands and those brands that are knockoffs of better well known brands. I assume some of the brands I have suggested for you to review are re-branded scooters. Regarding the Mukuta 10 Plus, I am wondering why you and RG haven't reviewed it yet?
At first, I was a little miffed that the Mantis V2 wasn't on the list but I don't really care now. The only thing I wish my V2 had was tubeless tires. I've popped the rear tube twice in one month and it's genuinely annoying me now. Next scooter will HAVE to have tubeless tires for my sanity. It's relatively easy to fix, but god damn it's still frustrating as all hell. I think I'm having the same issue YOU had on your Mantis, except it's the rear tire. Front tire has been a champ through everything. Might be the physical tire itself causing issues too! Any thoughts from you would be awesome. :)
I would like you to review The cheapest scooter with the highest top speed and dual motors with the latest travelling distance please would be great PS grate video
What are the downsides of the lower volt? I'm a noob at this and so far the reviews seem to say it has pretty good power including up hills so curious where it lacks. Thanks.
Almost none of you if you take care of it (charge it in a well ventilated area- not in direct sunlight. Charge it only when it needs to be charged (50% or less)). The highest risks of fires is when people mess with it (disconnecting wires to make it go faster, installing a bigger battery). Fires also occur when people order the wrong replacement parts (wrong charger, wrong battery, etc).
Plenty of selection out there. You have to do your homework. What you want. What you need. How much you’re willing to spend. Obviously, you get what you pay for
@@bumboybandit nice! I just.bought the Mantis for $1090. Their Customer Service isnt the best and takes a bit to respond. The front rotor needed adjustment right out of the box. It's the little things that matter. Scooter is fast and fun ill say.
Make sure to waterproof controller I've had to replace twice. Silicone the hole in controller for wires and make a triangle plate out of plastic (I used an old plastic bucket and cut to shape) and glue in gap behind front wheel. Water is directed straight from wheel down onto unprotected controller compartment. Have spare inner tubes handy and get off road tyres for trails 😉@@DrewPWebos

When is it ever a bad time to buy an eScooter? Well NOW is & no its not becuase of the laws but again, the thing that make them possible and thats technology! The same as the eCar, the eScooter comes down to 2 things and one of them is about to undergo a massive change in 2024/25 as new battery technology makes its way into eScooters and its only a matter of time now as eCars are shipping this year with them and they double range, work -50degC-1000DegC and recharge in 15min to 80%! To be honest most of the current batteries are hidden and shite technology in all but the expensive brands, the only offering is LG as a brand now and that says nothing of its chemistry! Its about time the reviewers do more to find out and report more as this makes up 70% of the cost of a device now and prices are dropping at the same time
