My mother was 90. One day she couldn't recognize people. Everyone thought it was Dementia. An alert intern asked if he could give her b-12 shots. She was back to normal in 24 hrs. Miraculous!!
Wow! Nutritional info should be a regular topic of discussion in this world everyday. We all need to increase our knowledge and look out for each other.
Great stuff. I've been implementing many things with my 77 year old father. He is very forgetful but probably from his stroke that he had a couple years ago. I've slimmed him up (lost 35 lbs) and he eats a nearly clean keto diet now. He even told me last night on our 2 a day walks (walk between 5-10 km per day now up from barely moving from the sofa) that we do together that he doesn't feel pain anymore in his joints. He doesn't take any medicines. I just watch his diet and give him occasional supplements when I see we don't have the perfect foods available especially when traveling. Seriously good news for him.
Lance, what a wonderful son you are. This made me cry. Your relationship must be amazing and you show your love for him by helping him to live so much better. Thank you for being so loving and caring to your father. He is blessed as I know you are.
Your story is beautiful. I care for both my parents and I recently started keto. Looking forward to the good results that will come to all three of us. Thank you for your encouraging story! Best to both of you and happy adventures!!

Many years ago I went vegetarian, after a couple of years I started feeling very tired all the time, I slept long naps in the afternoon, and generally felt lethargic all the time. I went to my local health store and told the lady my symptoms. Straight away she said you are B12 deficient. I bought some, got on it straight away, and within 5 days or so. I felt fighting fit again. I am sure there will be a lot of vegetarians now who do not know about this. Thank you so much Dr Berg, another very helpful video.
Thank you so much. I'm furious this kind of information is not in the mainstream. People generally assume dementia or dementia-like conditions are a one way street into horrible decline.
It is a one-way Street into a horrible decline if you use a medical doctor to treat the issue. If you actually want to reverse symptoms and heal the problem, see a natural health doctor or a functional medicine doctor
@@GameChanger597 I had seen the beginnings of this with my Mother in the last home she was in. By the grace of God I was able to get her out of there. They would have speedily turned her into a "cash cow" for the local pharmacy...
Thank you Dr. Berg! I am furious that this was never talked about from my Dads VA doctor or any doctor. For decades he has been on medications for high blood pressure, antacids, cholesterol and calcium tablets twice a day for his arthritis. He ended up with a bone blood infection in the T6/T7 area the literally crumbled the two vertebrae. He had two back surgeries at age 88. I took him for a vascular study since they said he had a vascular stroke. He had 50 percent blockage in the back of his neck. Your video on why not to take calcium supplements made me wonder if that’s what caused the stroke and his antacids causing dementia. Because of your message we have stopped the calcium tablets and giving him tumeric and ginger tea , coconut nut oil and collagen. Now we are adding a B complex to his daily regimen. He is 93 now and lives in Klukwan Alaska. I know he is old but he is a trooper. They said he would probably not walk after two surgeries and he proved them wrong so you never know till you give them hell!
NEVER LET AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON TOUCH YOUR BACK! THEY BITE OFF ALL THE FACETS ON YOUR VERTEBRA AND YOULL INVARIABLY GET A TERRIBLE INFECTION! I Worked in surgery for 35 years passing instruments(Certified Surgical Technologist) and learned early on to LET NEUROLOGICAL SURGEONS OPERATE ON BACKS!
CAUTION ⚠️ Most people with GERD and/or gastritis cannot handle taking 5 Betaine HCl caps right off the get-go. Rather, you'll want to start with one capsule/meal and then gradually increase to tolerance. This is called the "betaine hcl challenge." Thanks for another great, thorough video, doc!
what dosage is one tablet that you are referring to? taking 5 small dosage tabs is not same as 1 high dosage tab. I live in asia and they have some pretty small dosage on the market.
CAUTION! I've never been diagnosed with GERD but have had bouts of gastritis over the years. I messed up my own Gallbladder from taking Betaine HCI AND taking digestive enzymes!!!!! I HAD NO CLUE!!! I stopped taking all of that and it's been a slow recovery and I'm not certain yet if my GB is fully recoverable but I was able to stop taking bile salts which I was taking to help my problem. So there is a light at the end of the tunnel, cautiously optimistic. PLEASE! Anyone reading this, BE CAREFUL what you put in your body because if it takes the place of somethign that should be made by the body naturally, then you turn off other hormones and functions which can wreak havoc!!! I have learned this the hard way!!!

Congratulations on over 11 MILLION FOLLOWERS! It's telling by such a huge following that people know the difference between a real doctor looking for the root cause of dis-ease(YOU) and others just trained to treat 'symptoms'. If you were the head of AMA, our doctors would all serve their patients better! Thank you SO MUCH for all you do for everyone and truly following the Hippocratic oath 'First Do No Harm'.
When I was 24 I started having tingling sensations in my fingers and hands, and in my face. Then I started to get terrible migraines with debilitating nausea that would leave me bed bound for days in a dark room. It was getting worse and worse for a year I felt awful and was unable to function normally. One day I woke up and was unable to speak. I couldn't form the words I was thinking. In a panic my mom rushed me to the ER thinking I was having a stroke. After multiple expensive tests and specialists it turned out to be a B-12 deficiency. No one even suggested it because of my age. I happened to Google my symptoms and made the suggestion to my Doctor. Crazy how something so simple can be so easily overlooked! I have been getting b-12 intramuscular injections for 12 years now and the symptoms never returned. :)
I did not know Metformin would cause B12 and B1 shortages! I was prescribed Metformin for PCOS at 2000mg/day. I was feeling worse taking it than not taking it, so I stopped. I don't take any other meds. Thank you for this video, I learned a lot from it!!!
I take 1000mg metformin I also don't feel well when taking it I've told many Dr's this but they seem to think I'm making it up they tell me I need to take it to improve my pcos, hormonal imbalances, I feel like their just pushing metformin on me instead of giving me other options.
Metformin can also cause hideous diarrhoea. It seriously messed up my mum's life and confidence. When it was changed to Nothwr med, the diarrhoea stopped immediately.
My Dad has dementia, but he is so much better now he gets vitamin B12. He doesnt hear the TV talking to him any more. It's amazing the difference it makes
look up "Dementia 3rd type of dementia" = yep doctors believe that it's a form of diabetes. Change your father's diet to a Keto diet. lookup "Dementia keto diet'. take care.
I wish I could remember the doctor that had done thorough research on dementia and healed patients with diet and certain supplements. When my grandpa was still alive, he had it and I try to encourage my Aunt ( the nurse and grandpa's health care giver) to look into it. She never did though. My father has brain shrinkage but my brothers are care givers. One lives with him and the other lives in same neighborhood. I think I have peaked their interest but it is also up to Dad to give up his sugary ice cream and other high carb foods. I hope he will and pray my brothers will assist him with better living. Maybe some googling will help you find the doctor who cures dementia with diet and supplements. I mean cure. Also I remember that part of the doctors protocol was to exercise the brain such as take up playing a musical instrument again or memorize a new word in another language each day. Even memorizing Bible scripture would be excellent brain builder. If he is a Bible reader he can work on memorizing word for word a scripture each week. Hope this info bless yours.

Ty for this presentation. My partner is 16 years older than I am. I"m 53. I am so concerned about his mental faculties and believe he has been showing signs of early dementia for several years. However, it's not made any significant difference in his faculties because he has only been willing to do so much. I will sit down and watch this with him. Ty again. I won't give up.
Jodie, give him sublingual B-12 tablets, and then make him take a tablespoon of MCT Oil everyday! Read my testimony above about my Mama completely recovering her memory and also the use of her hands after ONE tablespoon of MCT Oil, God's gift to aging angels! Just look for my Kitty Face at the start of my comment above. Best of luck! I'll be praying for both of you!
@@fastgurrrl It's me again! I forgot to mention MCT Oil is tasteless and can be taken by the spoonful, or mixed in a hot beverage like coffee, which is what I do every morning. I’m actually more angry that the doctors didn’t know-both that this deficiency might be causing the problem and that the prescription meds were contributing to the deficiency that caused the problem. The older I get the less use I have for most doctors and the problems they prescribe

This is my Mother....never ever went out in the sunshine and has been a vegetarian for 30+ years.....she's now in a dementure home....I tried to warn her.
My mother had a heart attack when she was about the age I am now. She has been on B-12 supplements as recommended by her cardiologist since then. Now that she is turning 85 in August she is approaching the age where my grandma started having dementia symptoms. Maybe the B-12 has something to do with her still being as sharp as they come.
@Pete, is strange because I take b12 and I ended up in A&E with very high blood pressure.I wander why cobalt is causing me problems.Dr Berg must know this and maybe has an advice.
Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder causes memory loss and shrinkage of the hippocampus too. The constant production of cortisol is the reason for that I believe. I know from experience that I had profound memory loss due to that and I’m trying to deal with it at 63. I felt like I was getting early onset dementia. I still don’t remember much about my life. I hope at least some of that can be reversed through diet, supplements and a better lifestyle.
Go straight to KETO, but learn all the negatives first like, for instance keto flu. You wanna have all of that addressed before you start eating keto diet and master your breads & desserts before you start the diet. You can throw those in the freezer. If you’re not huge on cooking every day, you can barbecue hamburgers 50% of the way to your liking and finish it up in a toaster oven or on top of a stove. I do a dozen at a time and freeze them half cooked and half raw for each hamburger patty. Barbecue flavor and done in a few minutes when you’re in a hurry.
You INDEED! are a Godsend in my case. I follow your advice, cautiously, yet sincerely and I am 100 percent better even at 60 years of age. I feel like I did when I was 20!!
Six months ago, I (age 58) was 250lbs and suffering from severe type 2 Diabetes symptoms (though i didn't know what it was) Numb extremeties (peripheral neuropathy); Pain in my feet so bad that walking required me to hold on to stuff to make sure i didn't fall; chronic dizziness; blurry vision; and of course the eternal boom-crash sugar cycle with the attendant emotional swings. (I was drinking *2* two liter bottles of sweet soda per day (i.e. 4L total) I knew nothing but the lies our generation were taught (fat is bad, et. al.) After watching only one Dr. Berg video, i desperately started a diet of only EGGS and BACON (literally; for dinner too 🙂 ) Now, it would take me another 2 inches of comment to list all the things that are better. 8 Million subscribers isn't because they like his beard 🙂

I think you really nailed it around 3:14 with this video talking about side effects of medication especially in the West. Its a cumulative cascade of pill side effects...
Exactly! Deficiencies in Vitamin D and B12 mimic a LOT of conditions. People with autoimmune disorders need to monitor their Vitamin D and B12 levels because they often have deficiencies in both of these vitamins.

We just recently realized my mother in law has dementia.i told my hubby we need to feed her more meat food soft enough for her to eat( she almost has no teeth) plus she will never take supplements, too hard headed. She refuse anything I offer her. I really hope changing her diet will help her. She basically ate more bread in the past year..
This is an amazing information about dementia. I take care of dementia residents and last few yrs I have been seeing younger residents with dementia which is very sad. Thank you Dr Berg I will share this information with my others.
I wish u the best in ur career. Want to ask u about the medications given for alzheimer. Does they really have any effect? What do u see from your experiences?
I cared for my mother for 8.5yrs while she suffered from Alzheimer's. I wish to share some tips with anyone involved in the care of a dementia patient. 1st remove all sugars including fruit from their diet, in another video Dr. Berg said dementia is caused by type 3 diabetes, I feel this may be very possible. If they're living in a nursing home, they're doomed as they only feed their patients highly processed foods with plenty of carbohydrates. I would personally put the patient on the Keto diet and remove all carbohydrates, I didn't know this during her life and her condition responded quite well when simply removing "sugary foods" however I hadn't known about keto and carbs during that period. Also, massaging the patient's back in a spiral fashion using the palm of your hand going up and down both sides of the spine will produce results in only 15 minutes. Feed them coconut butter (available at vitamin shoppe & Amazon labeled as coconut manna) as a fat, also 15 minute results, I've also noticed that all of the dementia patients I've studied had the fire element to their body type, meaning blue or violet eyes, blonde or red original hair color which may have added to a mind with racing thoughts. Edgar Cayce had provided several very useful readings which another researcher had published two books titled "Alzheimer's Disease & The Dementias, An Alternative Perspective" authored by David McMillin, M.A. which were both out of print during my hunt for them, I was able to locate book one. The voices are real, they belong to deceased souls which exist in the etheric plane, to my surprise my mother became a channeler during her dementia, we had several deceased sprits come through the house during sunset, she would repeat comments containing specific words told to her from at least one of them which were not in her normal vocabulary. Allopathic (conventional) medicine is primitive and mostly made of egotistic so called doctors which literally only receive a grand total of 45 minutes of nutritional education during medical school, if only half of them had the bravery to turn their backs on allopathic medicine including it's blind glorification and become holistic doctors or even shaman would be a god send. Having someone like Dr. Berg to come forward and work to pave the way out of this ignorance is a breath of fresh air, keep it up Dr. Berg.
@@solomono938 Thank you very much. I am not expert of Alzheimers disease but I have seen enough about this disease. There are no meds today that cures Alzheimers disease. Most residents who live in nursing homes never get better thier disease gets worse slowly which is heart breaking. Those drugs are very expensive so only Pharma benefits it. I honestly wish everyone on this planet should listen to Dr Berg's advice inoder to prevent some of those awful diseases.
Dr berg looks really good with a beard. He gets better as he gets older. Nutrition no doubt. I think I deserve some credit for dr bergs subscribers. Every person I bump into these days, I talk about dr berg and how beneficial his input has been. I don’t follow anyone else when it comes to nutrition because I don’t feel I need to.
Thank you. I see my problem now. I increased Vit D to protect me from Covid 19, and my labs reflected an incredible percentage after I increased, not realizing that I had ordered 5000IUs instead of 500s.. My PCP ordered me to stop taking Ds, and that caused me to question my entire supplement regimen, and gradually I stopped them all. Went into what I thought was dementia, and was seen by psychologists? Brain doctor, who gave me an intelligence test, which was very confusing. Memory was sadly affected. Now, without my PCP's permission, I am going back on my supplements, including all the necessary ones you have talked about. Since I am a vet and depend on the VA for medical care; I still have the same PCP. Well, will seek out your videos that address my problems and see what happens. Thank you so much!
Depending on your schedule, the more time that we spend on our cell phones ,and televisions can also impact our memory ,big time. It may not be medicine,it could be diet, poor active social life at home, lack of outside exercise/activities. It could be a number of things. It could be that you are not exercising your mind with books, and writing,or solving math problems. It's not always what's going in the mind but how active we are keeping ourselves too.
My mother takes a lot of pills for the heart and cholesterol and I asked her Dr. if any of the might cause her to have memory issues and he said no. They are just pill pushers they don't know what they do to you. I like to not take pills to solve a issue but she thinks she needs a pill to help her live long. Live long without a memory what kind of life is that. Thanks Dr.
My mother is 92. Same mindset. Take a pill! A pill will fix it! I guess though, they grew up when new cures were found for things that people used to die from. They grew up in an era when there were huge strides in antibiotics and other medications.
Same with my mother! They couldn’t figure out why she got dementia….it’s all the drugs. The greatest gift she gave me was for me to realize I don’t want to live like that and I cleaned up my health habits. Heartbreaking to watch her.
I had gastric sleeve surgery years ago, and they told me I would have to take B12 under the tongue to keep up my levels. Now I understand why. Less stomach means less acid to digest the B12.
Keep going Vero. You're on the right track with Dr. B. I just trust him so. I experienced a miracle after 50 yrs. In my feet from consuming s- kraut!!! Just cheap sour kraut. Nutrition is the way You are in my thoughts.
Interesting. My mother's general practitioner stated, and I quote, "Your mother needs to cease taking B12". Not because it was harming her, they wanted to push their product to get in her system. I know docs are giving advice they were taught to give.....but really? If I listened to this person, my mother would be a different individual brain wise. Thanks Dr. Berg! Btw, you look even more distinguished with the facial hair. Cool addition Doc.
"...taught to give..." is really "MADE to give." Did you know that there's and official list of recognized diagnosis/treatments? Anything that doesn't fit into one of those cubby holes (like everything Dr. Berg teaches us) will not only NOT be covered by the insurance vultures, but will JEOPARDIZE THEIR LICENSE TO PRACTICE. Seriously; not making this up. Western (corporate) medicine is truly evil.

I know lots of vegans and vegetarians, and I’m vegan myself. I and others at times noticed fuzzy thinking, and/or a twitching in the face right under one eye. When that happens, it’s time to start upping the B12. Often times it’s simply a matter of running out if it and forgetting about it. If the fuzzy thinking happens even when taking the B12 regularly, make sure you have the Zink, and Vit D! Also flaxseed oil and lecithin help greatly. Its like super charging your brain.
I like how Dr Berg pretends to forget the title of the video mimicking dementia symptoms 😂 My late mother actually suffered from this 😞 and it was horrendous; how each time I had a conversation with her she couldn't remember what's been said the day before. I understand the pain and the suffering of this illness victims, yet I think; in addition to what Dr Berg has said about taking vitamin D, keeping the mind busy with activities such as: learning a new skill: like an art or a language, might prevent or delay dementia for a while, and this prevention should start from as early as the late 30s in any person's life, and not wait until it's too late, when the brain cells are so damaged beyond repair. Thanks for the info Dr Berg 😊
Dr Berg Thank you for spreading your knowledge across the internet to help better everyone’s health. You have saved so many lives & enabled people to live better ones! Thank you so much.
I go for variety in daily diet with a solid basis in vegetables, eating over 20 different things per day and changing the variety throughout the week too. I found this supports all variations of illness. I'm not vegetarian or anything in particular except staying away from gluten, sugar, alcohol and stress. I've recently rediscovered the enormous and absolutely essential element of sunshine, sunbathing in my room with the window open. My health has recovered and my financial position improved just by prioritising healthy food 1 item at a time as I could afford it. I hope this is helpful for anyone reading this. All the best. Health is simple and fun. I know you will love the benefits too. Good luck and love your life! You are worthy.
Thank you Dr. Berg for very good information. I am having symptoms of Dementia and I will first try your recommendations before I see a neurologist for medications.
This video brought to light extremely valid reasons for someone experiencing symptoms in which they believe to be an onset of dementia. A very good reason for having this concern other than hereditary factors may be the lack of common vitamins in an everyday consumption causing sudden memory loss or lack of ability to concentrate at times. Having been a sales representative for natural supplements I learned a lot about the importance of Vitamin D, Zinc & B12 in addition to the Keto Diet which I believe if given the proper nutritional facts based on a personal inventory of someone’s metabolism and health can be very beneficial. Keto should be researched as it is not for everyone’s chemical makeup who may have underlining issues with their heart for example. Overall, I thought this was a very informative video. Thank you!

I noticed that your picture at the end of the B 12 capsules says cyanocobalamin. I have read that the absorption of this type is more difficult. Methylcobalamin is recommended because it goes straight to the bloodstream. The use of cyanocobalamin is said to also indicate that with a multivitamin the manufacturer is using cheap ingredients as a whole.

I wish I had a doctor who knows as much as you do. I have an inherited blood disorder, but no one in America seems to understand it and I have decided there is not a lot I can do. I have, for years been taking purchased B12 drops but a new doctor says I have too much in my blood and to stop taking it. I know the dementia, fatigue, the creeping numbness will eventually destroy me as it did my mother, grandfather and cousins, but there is no one here who can help. When we came to America my mother's doctor gave her the wrong supplement and said she would produce enough B12 and she (and my Dad, her champion) were simply making a fuss. As a child she had been given raw liver every day. She was diagnosed in the late 60's in England although that was after years at some of the most famous hospitals who failed to diagnose her condition. I have changed doctors in the hope someone would help me but all they do is give me xeralto...which nearly killed me recently. I do hope someone in America can wake up to these inherited blood disease and not simply latch on to a few symptoms (like occasional racing heart beats) and assume that it is a heart disease when in fact it is a blood disease.
I hear you. I, along with grand parents, dad, myself and my sister are dealing with that "unknown" all our lives. Big flare up as a kid but after thar it stabilized but been creeping every time I get 10years older but then the covid jabs happened and put my condition on turbo. Dementia and muscle wasting is scary AF. 37 years old. Used to be healthy but now I'm livong hell. Tried everything from fasting, diets, supplements. Can't seem to pinpoint anything that helps and one thing leads to another, which leads to it's own set of issues. I feel everything you're going thru.
Hmmm... You shouldn't have shown that B12 capsule labeled as "cyanocobalamin", which is poorly absorbed and leaves behind metabolites of cyanide. Instead, one needs a real form of B12 known as methylcobalamin.
Thank you Dr Berg. It's frightening how many side effects are associated with prescription meds ;( At 7:55 of your presentation you are showing cyanocobalamin form of B12. You probably cover it in other presentation about B12 but, as so many people carry some form of MTHFR mutation, it would better to show methylcobalamin and, in case somebody doesn't watch the other presentation, mention that it is a safer form of B12 for people who don't know if they have MTHFR mutation and recommended form of B12 for people who already know they have MTHFR ;)

I hope you get to enjoy your dad for a long time to come…you are a good son.

Seems like you haven’t awakened yet. Wish you well

CAUTION ⚠️ Most people with GERD and/or gastritis cannot handle taking 5 Betaine HCl caps right off the get-go. Rather, you'll want to start with one capsule/meal and then gradually increase to tolerance. This is called the "betaine hcl challenge."
Thanks for another great, thorough video, doc!
what dosage is one tablet that you are referring to? taking 5 small dosage tabs is not same as 1 high dosage tab. I live in asia and they have some pretty small dosage on the market.
I tried it and had this problem.
@Lexus Man yes, the one I usually recommend (from Vital Nutrients) has pepsin and gentian root in it 😀

Update?
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
My heart is in so much better health, using Dr Berg’s data. I used to have so many issues with it…very painful and out of the blue painful. Using Dr Berg’s data I know what to do now. And especially how to prevent such situations.
Dr Berg the "only" doctor I trust.
Appreciated! Thanks for the support!
THANK YOU DOC FOR YOUR CONTINUED EXCELLENCE !
It's my pleasure! Happy to know you found the post useful.
this man is a genius, and has access to invaluable knowledge that not enough people get to see....thanks Dr. Berg....
Thanks for your positive feedback!

My Great Grandmother had this, pernicious anemia. Wrote off, most of her possessions sold, my Great Aunt tried take care of her. Couldn't, she had really lost her mind. Ended up sedated in a nursing home. One Dr. who actually cared, looked at her chart, she was cognitive within a few days of B shots. Lost 6 of the 10 last year's of her life.
I have Celiac's, a weary of it because of the lack of nutrient uptake.
Yes. Dr Berg’s videos on celiac could help?
How long did the shot effect last?
@@Maria-qv3if She was pretty lucid until she passed on. The shots were weekly, I believe, that was over two decades ago.
1. Why do I experience emotional disruption, sleeplessness and over-sexy while I consume Moringa olifera leaves?
2. Nutritional yeast recipes. Because it is really helping me in controlling my stress and improving my sleep quality. How can I fairly produce N/Yeasts at home?
3.Is there any bad effect on my microbiome?
Dr ERic BerG, Big in keeping us out of the Er and funeral home, thank you!
Thank you, Dr. Berg. I'm 80 and need all your information.
Anytime!
Happy to see this setup with whiteboard back again, plz continue wih this. Its much more addictive .
Glad you like the post!
Thank you so much! Greetings from Bulgaria!
You can literally see the chain of events that caused multiple health problems after lobbyists targeted politicians to say that a low fat / high carb diet was the healthiest and ingraining this in all us in schools etc. The pharmaceuticals thank them for it all. Ugh.......
One of the most important channels on youtube 👍👍👍
B12 and folate deficiency can also raise A1C in non diabetics... Thus getting misdiagnosed will diabetes.
Great Topic.Very Very Very important information. We get very less information on dementia.
Dear Lord dementia is my biggest fear my favorite uncle had it and it was horrific. Spare us of dementia😢:
I love Vitamin B1 for anxiety! You changed my life!
Wonderful! Happy to help!
@@Drberg im eating 4 eggs omlette in breakfast and lemon juice during evening hours. am i missing in any supplements . please correct me or suggest me whether im doing right or wrong? Thanks
@@CaptainScorpio24 Definitely. Everyone is different though and you may want to use a nutrients app to locate deficiencies easier and compare with how you feel, depending on your physical activity, ect. I personally need his electrolytes & D3&K2 as a bare minimum. His nutritional yeast & vitamin c if I work hard. I’ll be starting a quail operation to increase nutrients without increasing costs.
I learned so much from this video! Thank you Dr Berg!!
Glad to hear that! Most welcome!
Menopause caused mine. Once on bio identical hormones my memory came back and I was able to talk coherent again.
Crazy I just saw a video on dementia yesterday and was going to look up what Dr Berg has to say about it. Funny enough I got sidetracked then boom! 6 hrs later this video pops up! I’m convinced Dr Berg is in my head 😆
Thank you so much Dr Berg. I appreciate all your work and research.
Lots of B12 in algae along with omega 3
Very good! This should be taken seriously in school, and I mean proper teaching
I cut out sugars, carbs, processed foods a couple years ago and What a HUGE difference at age 60! No more Brain Fog and possibly dementia down the road….
Thank you Dr Berg
You and Barbara O’Neill are the most important people in my life besides my family ♥️♥️♥️

Please say something about eating disorders. How to cope with severe bulimia???
He made videos on boulimia. I hope you can find them on this channel.
THANK YOU doc, my dad has dementia, thank you
Dr. Berg is my go to these days. I trust in no one else.
Glad to be an inspiration and I'm happy you found the information useful.
you are the best MD on youtube and i have ever heard. you give root causes for things like others do NOT! thank you for informing me! i appreciate that a lot!
Amazed at your "encyclopedic" knowledge. Keto was tooooo hard for me but able to pick and choose from your library of videos thank you.
No worries. Glad to help!
What made it hard?
@@experimenthealthyketo83 exactly. Hard is precisely the problem. Severe constipation.
@@brianlawrence8867 Oh lol yes. In this case, what works best for me is adding healthy fats. A piece of butter, bacon fats, ect. Compared to your proteins intake. This is based on a Dr Berg’s interview with Zsófia Clemens. But Dr Berg made other videos to help with additional data and tips. Enjoy letting that go 😂
Excellent information. Thank you.
Dementia is very overwhelming. Besides it's very surprising to realize that your dementia is reversible simply by taking vitamins. thanks for the video 🌸
Someone needs to tell this to our elderly leader and speaker of the house right now 🤦🏼
@@dertythegrower Someone has to tell this to people that don't remember what happened on and a few days prior to January 6th.
@@stacylincoln1686 🤡🤡
@@dertythegrower Of course dementia is not always due to shortage of vitamins .
HIV infection, space occupying lesions like cerebral hemorrhage, hypothyroidism, depression,.... are other causes of reversible dementia.
Hopefully all these causes are always checked by neurologists using blood tests and imaging studies.
No worries. Glad to help!
Thank you again Dr. Berg .. wish everyone in this world would heed and just try all you are sharing for their own benefit and see the big difference !!
I have learned so many sensible and knowledgeable information, am trying some and enjoying benefits too! ♥️
Great to see a doctor focused on natural remedies along with supplements for good health. Too often people rely on pharmaceuticals and though some may help often you see more problems arise from taking them. Especially when there are multitudes taken each day! Don’t know anyone who overdosed on vitamins but maybe there has been some out there. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇨🇦
I have been supplementing with B12 (injection at G/I docs office) and D3 (5000 IU daily) for about 6 years now, due to having Crohn's. My Crohn's is not active and now I know that it is helping me fight all these other issues. Thanks Dr. Berg!
How often do you take the B12 shots?
Must take D3 with K2 to help absorption.
B12 is also important for nerve cell regeneration.
Histidine, the anti-aging and long life amino acid that is deeply involved in the immune system and IgAs, etc. Threonine and Tyrosine are also important to prevent aging and sagging skin.
I'm so interested in my health
No offense...this is where I am so far:
Fast
Take vinegar and salts
Take Berberine
Also fish oils
Mtc and berberine
Ashwaganda
Turmeric root
Exercise but not too much
Eat healthy and fast
Q
Get your mindset right
Take that vitamin
Be careful not to overdo
Get your sleep right
Calcuim is important...K2
I'm exhausted
Take apple cider vinegar
Enough good oils
Not a personal attack...just exhausted
That's all
Check into absorption and on testing your omega 3 & vitamin d at least.
I wish I knew this 4 years ago. I could have saved my mom life.

@@Drberg thank you so very much. Maybe I can save others.
I will tell you that ever since I have gotten my COVID vaccine shots ( 1 and 2) almost 1 year ago this august. I have had a tremendous amount of brain fog and dementia symptoms. this is a nice video to reflect on and increase my B12 and d levels
ha ha ha ha... 'vaccine shot' HA HA HA!!!

Yes. Dr Berg’s videos on brain fog and on brain health and other issues may help as well.
Dr Another great video 🥰
Can we have a video about dizziness and migraines .
Thank you!❤️🌷
Glad to see the whiteboard back! I so enjoy having written notes to help solidify facts in my mind!! 💕 OMG 😳 I just stumbled on this. Just was evaluated by MCI-and I am taking metropolol, MTHFR so did add B50 plus methylated B folate and Omega XL and Zn. I can smell again. Eeks so back to kicking carbs again…and again. Interesting! I did not know about the Omega-3 B12 connection. Another great reason to get your Fish/Omega-3
Instead, one needs a real form of B12 known as methylcobalamin.
should or shouldn't?
Dr Berg, I don't know if you know you are an angel, walking here on earth? May God bless you and your family.
Glad to be an inspiration.
Thank you Dr Berg, very clear. Thank you : )
Glad to help!
Methylcobalamin is the better form of B12 to take.
@@ProgressiveTruthSeekers Agreed. Cyanocobalamin is the cheapo version.
you are correct. I learned this years ago.
@@ProgressiveTruthSeekers Exactly, because it's natural.
@@bluediamond8557 cheap and is actual harmful. I learned listening to Dr Ben Lynch the difference in the types of B 12. I also watch and listen to Dr Berg. I understand more and more why so many of family and friends are sick from medications with so many side effects being treated as new diseases.
