Best interview yet, Zach!!! And that’s saying a lot because all of your interviews are the absolute best I’ve seen! You are by far my favorite interviewer, you ask the most incredible questions.❤️
Loved meeting these guys in Oklahoma 2 years ago when they weren't as popular. I got to hug them all and take a picture! They are such nice guys! And sooooo talented!!!!
Easter eggs I've found so far: In Break My Face there's a part where they say "everything's going great" which is also in Birthday Party. In Next Up Forever, there's that "yep, yep, yep, yep" from Wow I'm Not Crazy
I LOVE that parts of songs are in other songs, it makes the whole album truly feel like it's meant to be together and thought out rather than a bunch of random songs slapped together, I love it so much! I noticed that when listening to album and it also gave me musical vibes because musicals usually do stuff similar to that
i was so glad to see that the big ajr interview was gonna be with you guys. not only are you my favorite interviewers but the chemistry and vibe y’all have together is perfect for this type of thing.
listening to this made me appreciate the album so much more. Its so much more complex than I initially thought, im genuinely amazed and thankful for this insightful interview
I just fell in love with this album all over again. I originally heard AJR from the song weak and I never listened to any other song by them except occasionally on the radio station 104.5 then last summer AJR preformed at the 104.5 birthday celebration show and I fell in love with them they were amazing live and after I got home that night I listened to EVERY single song by them and this album blew me away because I now feel apart of the family and I had the pleasure of listening to this album at midnight when it dropped on friday❤️❤️

Yeah lol
So underrated. Can’t wait to see them in Dallas
so many artists put out music they don't actually like. it's so amazing to see how genuinely excited and proud they are of their music. saw them at their click tour, absolutely love them, and can't wait to see them at the LA show this tour
This was really cool to see their thoughts on Neotheater. I just really love how they were so honest in their music and make it so good!!
Turning out part 2 hit me so hard
Doctor Turtle 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 same
Ryan:”We wanted our first single, whatever it was, we wanted to come out with just a bang.”
Me after listening to Bang! 1736464863748 times: 😏
50:28 agreed... almost like how a lot more movies are less focused on the storyline and more a competition to get the best cast to make the most profit
I feel like this album and this interview has opened my eyes to music so much more and i have a much greater appreciation for not just AJR but all producers and writers. I've never heard an album as deserving of a Grammy as Neotheater. My music standards are going to be so high from now on!

Ryan and Jack think and sing at the same time and Adam is like they're doing it again😂😍
Zach Sang did a great interview and I’m so happy it turned out this good
After listening to Neotheater, it’s so hard to listen to the click now. They completely changed their feel and genre and it’s so crazy and cool but weird at the same time
I love Adam, anytime he spoke it was so great, wish his mic was working the whole time but hearing his birthday tradition and all his inputs was so good. Can definitely relate on mostly listening and chiming in when I have something to say. I love AJR, the breakdowns of all these songs were fascinating
Best interview yet, Zach!!! And that’s saying a lot because all of your interviews are the absolute best I’ve seen! You are by far my favorite interviewer, you ask the most incredible questions.❤️
1:20:00 yeah I was really glad to hear Burn the House Down in a transition pan on American Idol last week
I absolutely loved having a breakdown of this incredible album. Its all ive been able to think about since it came out.

im a big coldplay & ajr fan so hearing jack sing that makes me cry gn
Every single song on that album is amazing. I can't imagine not listening to every song, in order, every time i go home from work.
This is why I like them so much. They ARE on the same level as me. And I love the conversation.
You may begin looking in Turning Out Part.ii now.
The most underrated band!!!! Love you guys!!!
19:58 “We wanted our first single whatever it was, we wanted to come out with just a bang” they took that to a whole new level with their next album
Loved meeting these guys in Oklahoma 2 years ago when they weren't as popular. I got to hug them all and take a picture! They are such nice guys! And sooooo talented!!!!
It’s amazing to be able to see how much work and intention goes into the album. Really makes you appreciate it that much more. Love AJR.
This entire interview was outstanding. Fantastic questions, better (honest) answers and my appreciation for AJR is off the charts. Thanks for this.
Easter eggs I've found so far:
In Break My Face there's a part where they say "everything's going great" which is also in Birthday Party.
Well shoot I just found this video at 11:27 PM, guess I won't be sleeping til 1:00 AM
Zach is probably my fave interviewer. Such a pro
I just fell in love with this album all over again. I originally heard AJR from the song weak and I never listened to any other song by them except occasionally on the radio station 104.5 then last summer AJR preformed at the 104.5 birthday celebration show and I fell in love with them they were amazing live and after I got home that night I listened to EVERY single song by them and this album blew me away because I now feel apart of the family and I had the pleasure of listening to this album at midnight when it dropped on friday❤️❤️
adam breaking his silecne by whispering "is this thing on" was incredible
