imo the best way if you wear them with insoles is just to pull the laces tight (i dont like them loose, but you can keep em lose if you like it like that) and then loop the ends of the laces into the shoe, lift the insole and neatly tuck em under the insole, best is if they go towards the front in a straight line because then you cant feel em. put the insole back in and boom youre done. the other way which i havent tried yet so idk if theyre comfortable or not, but if you dont wear insoles, loop the laces back as before, but this time feed them through the little loops on the top of the shoe from the inside. this is hard to explain, but where the laces go in the shoe and come out through the eyelets, they make little loops on the inside. and just feed the remaining laces through those towards the front of the shoe so they are secured.
