basically you need a toll pass and a car to get there-and from Plovdiv you will be better off-because Sofia-Capital City is crammed with a lot of cars and if you're not a confident driver-plovdiv is also a much more relaxed and chill town. i would suggest to you people to take a bus from plovdiv or Sofia to Pamprovo-you will be way way better off-renting cars here is expensive i think its 100 euro for 3 days-plus you have to i think fill the car with your own money-and petrol here is 1.50 euro for 1 liter.

This is very true. A bus will be a lot less stress. Plovdiv is also a lot closer than Sofia.
