Missed your videos! This is great. The idea of deriving a trig and gate signal from a triangle wave shot through the bus bar is nuts to me. Did they not have comparators?
I have a single key contact that is touchy. I was hoping you would show how you cleaned those up, but the video skipped over it. Can you post some footage of that process, please???
Dear Synthchaser, is there anywhere to find the resistors array values? i can't seems to find the values on the service manual. for example you say in your video (10:33) that you've checked the resistor array an they're ok. thank you!
Great repair work. Thanks for sharing. Small note, the audio level of your voice varies enormously between wide tripod shots and handheld camera shots. Slightly annoying.
Why do you tape over the logo on your Rigol? :)
