Lindy Hop, Boogie Woogie, Charleston, Shag, and Balboa in Munich
They all make it look so easy! Love to watch this kind of talent.
My thoughts exactly!
Marcus and Rasmus at Center/Front and girl in between in chequered skirt, you’re the BEST! ❤
Wow, I would so love to be able to dance like that now. Those day have gone. Such energy and talent, enjoying themselves, awesome.
I couldn't even dance like that when I was their age!
love how the guys all look dapper, and the ladies look cute and classy and they look of fun on all their faces is lovely to see :)
Awesome performances: everyone's individual styles just radiated energy and fun!!!
I wish I had a dimes worth of the energy I see here
You have, just get out of the chair and dance.😎
I love all these ❤❤❤❤
Cannot take my eyes off the woman in the plaid skirt. Amazing dancer. She makes it look effortless.
I watch this over and over! I was going to post it on TikTok, but someone beat me to it. This is a yearly thing in Germany! As far as I know, the front guy in the white jacket made up the dance (to this music.) The smaller guy on the right, does all kinds of dances and he is pretty funny too! All of these people, to do it all SO well, practice, practice, practice! More importantly, they love it! Like "Moses Supposes" from "Singin in the Rain" I would guess this is a MUST KNOW routine to becoming a hoofer on Broadway. Bravo!!!
This dance routine, a type of line dancing, came out from Germany.
In 1973 Jan Rietman, a Dutch pianist and radio announcer released “Killer Boogie”, as a solo piano recording.
Twenty-four years later in 1997, Marcus Koch released a video, “Footwork Fast and Fancy,” which featured his short dance routine to that recording.
This is wonderful to watch. I remember growing up wishing it was the 40’s.
Memories are a wonderful thing and I appreciate the video. You guys did 👍
Don't you just love it !!!!!!
En öndeki ikili her zaman çok iyiler . Tek kelime ile Süperler .
the dancer in white jacket in front row is a genius - rare talent, like Fred A.:-)
Marcus is a former world champion dancer and he did the choreography for Killer Boogie.
Brilliant, just brilliant 🎉🎉Great way to start a party!! 😂
The guy in the second row on the left, man he has it going on, so light on his feet!!
Great choreography! The dancing is synchronized with the piano music. You feel like you can see the music as well as hear it.
guy on left with the double brested waist coat nailed the rythem.
The exuberance of youth. Enjoyed that a lot - thanks for sharing.
the girl in the back and the guy beside her are amazing also.......! bravo!
Now, here’s a dance we don’t often see at the Old Folks Home.
Thanks 🙏 from Australia 🇦🇺
WOW WOW WOW WOW Pleasure to watch you ALL. Kindest Regards. Janey xxxx
I've always enjoyed the workshops I've taken from Marcus. He's a lot of fun.
Where are the workshops?
@@CStayNZ, I've taken classes from Marcus in Atlanta GA, Durham NC, and Richmond VA, but they were all quite a few years ago. I haven't heard of him coming to the US in quite a few years. The 'Rock That Swing' event is held in Munich, Germany. He's also been a regular teacher at the Herräng Dance Camp in Sweden.
@@bobmarlowe3390 thanks. I’m in Australia so the workshops aren’t an option but I’ve found someone teaching on UA-cam.
How Fun! I'd love to learn this routine! YES!!!

Not me! I like the guys best!
I can get on board with that.

I am watching this because of the gentleman in white suit and black pants. Now I have to check out the lady in white
Seems you and other loser
Damn. I give anything to be able to move like that again I’d be glad for a dimes worth of their energy. Wow.
Amazing and wonderful! Thank you.
Alors là bravo 👏 les gars vous êtes trop fort. Géniaux. 👌. J adore ♥. Merci pour ce merveilleux moment partagé. Bisous gigi. 😄 🙋. 🌝. De Caen Calvados en Normandie.
I've never been a fan of line dancing, but this is cool.
I can not dance like that anymore (my knees are in their 70s). But, I am happy to see others Boogie!
Beautiful!!!!Love from România !❤❤❤❤❤
Always stunning😱😱❤️❤️❣️❣️
So much fun and energy, makes you feel like joining them. 💦🙆♀️🕺💃
Who are the two in front?
More! More! More! I want more!
Sublime and so very superb. Great moves everywhere.
They are pretty good.
Whoever that guy in the red tie to the right of the screen is ... he's really got the moves!
In this 'silentcircle' slot I find the outstanding, naturally--rather than trained/schooled--rhythmic dancer here, far outstripping all else here, is the young woman out to the left, in brown blouse, dark hat and slacks and white shoes, who patently savours the feel of being one with the music. Much the same can be said in another dance slot entitled 'Killer Boogie', the tall blonde in dark clothes, 2nd from the end right : marvellously rhytmic. What's also striking in both slots is that virtually every dancer SMILES their way through the number, pure savouring the experience.
MAGNIFIQUE (y)
Крутяк ! Молодцы !Шедеарально !
That girl with the white blouse and scotch skirt, OMG. TY dear
some more Killerboogie with her (Wilma is on the right).
