I started doing this and immediate just was like "😐 she's aware of me so i need to change things immediately!" it gave a sense of panic but in a good way! like if sp is aware of us and our thoughts then of course we need to make changes and start moving our lives around, this is a good headspace to be in as it keeps them in your thoughts whilst also taking aligned actions too.
