The back to back strips from Iggy then the deep 3 over Durant from Klay really silenced this crowd! Roberson picking up 5 early fucked up their perimeter defense for 2 straight quarters and then Durant & Westbrook just started taking turns against a set defense that clogged the paint whenever they drove smh.
As a fan of him and as a basketball fan in general I enjoyed the clinic Klay Thompson put on vs. OKC in Game 6, even though I’m rooting for OKC. He goes into this zone and is truly an assassin, the way his shots barely touches the rim is crazy. Like I said last vid, even though he is the main reason the warriors won (outside of OKC blowing the game), many will still give Steph most of the credit. He’s as important to Steph as Steph is important to him, some could argue maybe more b/c he also defends the best guard as well. I still have OKC in Game 7 but the last 4 minutes of the game was so disgusting, hopefully they adjust and get far away from that hero ball that cost them Game’s 5 and 6.
It is sad to see OKC get back to their bad habits at this point of the season. You'd think they'd have learned! I've been rooting for OKC all season, and hope that they can pull it off in game 7, but unfortunately it doesn't seem likely to me.

Harsh to criticise the defense for these "open" shots. For 99% of the league they were tight enough to contest, so it's out of habit. Also, it's very hard to be touch tight when they are running off screens and are running motion cos you don't know where they are running to or when they take off. Then they have such a quick catch and release, it looks like they are open. I don't think pressing them 30 feet or more up the court will work all the time or sending extra men cos they are willing passers. The contrast between their offense and OKC late game offense was stark. Not cos Russ and KD are selfish, but their offense revolves around getting them the ball and running iso. The Warriors played zone knowing KD and Russ wouldn't move the ball enough to exploit it. The Warriors run a set and tbh it leads to Klay and Steph shooting 75% of the time like Okc but by getting others involved and moving the ball, it leads to open shots and single coverage

I'm actually feeling pretty good about the Thunder for game 7 as long as they try to avoid the hero ball stuff down the stretch this time. They've shown themselves to be the better team overall.
