VLOG 002: private shopping, Arcadia properties, Global Ambassador, PV Ritz Carlton, and ADHD moments

After 2 days of stressing about never being able to download this vlog after CapCut shut down, I'm glad to be posting it!

DAY 1
0:12-0:59: private shopping at ALO for their Pink Collection drop!
0:59-1:32: a glimpse at an Arcadia property we toured with some clients (base of Camelback mountain) they raised price to $8m since seeing
1:45-3:15: our backyard set up, how I would do it differently, and plans for the next property!
DAY 2
3:15-4:34: get a glimpse into a jump-board pilates class at The Workshop Pilates in Arcadia
4:35-6:00: work at Global Ambassador for the vibe
6:00-10:12: see a private group tour of the new Paradise Valley, Ritz Carlton Residences including a brand new 2 bed + den Villa Penthouse for $7.3m and an off market 1 bed + den Villa for $3.5m + inside info to the Fendi luxury branded residences at the other end of the Palmeraie shopping area
10:12-10:40: touring a potential project in Biltmore Heights and sending remodel ideas to a cash investor client looking to take on really cool re-development projects
10:46-11:54: late night shenanigans with Deandre, mr.wright(house) and the pups!
11:54-14:14: vlog editing and some ADHD moments working late where I have ideas for a new website to feature my businesses better: Wrighthouse (hyper local Arcadia and Paradise Valley real estate) and Power Haus Women (national collective of real estate advisors AND an entrepreneur community)
DAY 3
14:14-end: little morning routine: get outside in the sun with mr.wright(house), a good cup of coffee, a little tennis, tried the trampoline. Ready to tackle the day!
