We believe this is the most beautiful mooring ever, and to see the cafe/sweet shop was wonderful. Had we been there we would have spent the entire day or week there with you all. Please give your sweet and precious Tilly a gentle hug and cuddle from us.🐕We love her as if she were our very own.💞 As Always, be well, take care ~ 🤗💝🐾 Lacy, Mike & Hamish
The sheep look like Balwen. They're a welsh breed. Don't know much about them, but I think that's what they are. The M1 wasn't the first motorway, the Preston bypass was turned into the M6 which was the first motorway in the country. The Dalesman looks great! As does Wooster :) And it was lovely to see Tilly still going strong :)
Really nice, pretty sights and sounds. Interesting seeing sheep herded by ATVs. All I could think was my corgi Em would have had those sheep doing double time, no vehicles required 😁. The stop at the Dalesman cafe was so fun! Beautiful, nostalgic decor. Right out to the gorgeous little patio garden in back. And the tune with swans for Mum particularly enjoyable. Thanks! 😊
As always, thank you for the relaxing, informative and entertaining video! The fish and chips section was of great interest to this Welsh and Japanese household!
Very enjoyable episode! I enjoyed the walks with the beautiful vistas with Zwartbles (?) sheep, walkies with Tilly, and the Dalesman, a delightful tea shop with memorabilia and good eats. Jenny ❤🐕🦺🐑🐏🫖☕🍟
@@NarrowboatLiberty just a shame it’s so far up country for us to visit but so good you’ve highlighted it. All is well with us and Galatea, thank you for asking. You must venture down to the fens. It’s an amazing place. X

Hi guys, Always good to see that you are doing well and how Tilley is adjusting to her site issues. Nobody makes fish and chips the way that Brits do, yum, yum. If you don't mind me asking what did you pay for the scrumptious fish and chips? Mark Alberta, Canada
Nice video. I noticed when you were going into the cafe in Gargrave, the fingerpointer signpost..186 miles to Kirk Yetholm, a village we know quite well in the Scottish Borders, I wonder what the connection is???

Hi Ronnie, Carol thinks they’re Balwen, I had them down as Zwartbles! www.zwartbles.org/
What a lovely video! I really enjoyed it. The countryside in that part of England is just so beautiful. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Nothing better than free range fresh farm eggs.
Lovely meeting the gals who laid them! ❤️
What an amazing Tea shop. Lots of yesteryear memories. Thank you for highlighting it! And fresh eggs!!! Marvellous. Shame people are so dishonest 😦

Thanks Mark! I think that meal for two would cost about £30 including tea and buttered bread. 🐟 ☕️
Cafe music sounds vintage too.
It totally was on that occasion! Sixties music, if my memory serves me correctly! 🥰
Really gorgeous photography there! Some stunning places.
Thanks so much, Mark! It’s a really scenic place - especially with the right light! ❤️ ❤️ 🐕
Lovely video. Makes me yearn even more to be on the boat full time!
Hi FB! You'll get there! See you on the cut! Best wishes, Rob, Carol & Tilly. ❤

Hiya Pat, Steve and Archie! Lovely to hear from you! Yes, we’ll hopefully manage a meeting before then though! 🥰 🐕
Lovely video and scenery. ❤
Thanks Sue 😘
The breed of sheep look like Herdwick, a Lake District sheep so not too far from home
Not herdies, but may be Zwortles or a certain kind of Welsh sheep…
This farming larks a bit complicated 🤔❤
On that map of British motorways, what are all the dark spots in the water
Hi Clinton, they’re just damage to the map, of some sort.
