Being in the real estate arena, you would think that people would want to work with competent folks, however, we just got done reviewing the top producers in our market place and, having 38 years experience in the market, we know who are good, smart operators. There are a great deal of players in the top 10% who actually should maybe not even be in the business, but they are sure selling a lot of real estate. How are these players getting the business? Oh, they maybe good looking, have a flashy national brand which has NOTHING to do with the competence of the practitioner. I'm tempted to take a Saul approach.
