Just watched every vlogs and this one shows how good its going to be. Everest is beyond and above.
Seeing your video broach back so many memories, I loved trekking in Nepal, hope to be back there again soon
Nepal is amazing, there are so many amazing trek there!
Wow nice vlog 🙏
Proud to be nepali❤️
Love from lumbini nepal🇳🇵😊
I love you guys! thank you for sharing, we will come soon after this pandemic!! whooo!!!
Looks epic! Great video.
Thank you for sharing your journey! Planning to go to EBC and Gokyo lakes in Mar, 2022. Looks like you had the trails all to yourself
That's cool that you got to watch them make the momos. We did the three passes trek back in October/November, so this is very familiar except that it looks like you have the trek to yourselves.
We couldn't go even to Gokyo over Cho La Pass it was closed, too much snow. There are some advantages and disadvantages of trekking in Nepal off season, very few people but too much snow. We were planning to go back in April and do Three Passes but now we're in lockdown in Pokhara and don't know if you'll be able to hike more this time.
@@StingyNomads lockdown in Pokhara? Wow. Best of luck to you guys. We left Tanzania a week ago and sadly stopped traveling full-time because of Covid-19. We were able to get back to the US. Hopefully you guys can get where you need to go. Stay safe.
@@PursuingMountains We're fine, we were planning to stay in Nepal or 2 or 3 moths anyway unfortunately now we can't trek anymore. I think if we would have been able to get back home if we tried. We using this time to work on our blog and make new videos. I hope you guys will be able to continue your trip after everything gets back to normal! Maybe we'll see you somewhere in the mountains one day!
Life in Everest region is brutal.
Love your guys videos. You make such a cute couple! Can't wait to see the rest of your trek to base camp. I was wondering if you can show more of the Yaks. Best wishes and stay safe! From your biggest fan Brian
Cool👍. I see you paid for permit fees on the way... isn't this done one time in Kathmandu office? Your inputs will be truly helpful 😀
You pay both permits for the trek on the way on the first and on the second day. Going to the Tourism Board office in Kathmandu is a waste of time and money. We went there before the trek they couldn't sell us National Park permits because the desk was closed but they persuaded us that the TIMS cards are compulsory EBC trek. We ended up buying them (US$35 for two TIMS), later on the trek we were told at every check-point that they don't want our TIMS, they have their own local permits and buying TIMS cards was a waste of money. We went back to the Office after the trek but they refused to refund our money for TIMS. My advise don't bother going to the Office and Kathmandu.
@@StingyNomads Thanks for the valuable info. ❤️🙏. Stay safe👍
