Pensacola has several great neighborhoods that would be appealing to middle-class buyer North Hill, East Hill, Cordova Park, Gulf Breeze, Gulf Breeze Each of these neighborhoods has its own unique charm, so it’s worth visiting them to see which fits best with your preferences and lifestyle.. Use to drive from Missouri to Pensacola Fl every year for vacation. I have not been since I was probably 10 years old. I really want to go again
