The Renault 12 was introduced in 1969 and produced in France till 1980. In Turkey the Renault 12 was produced til 2000. In this video you can watch a very humorous scene from 'L'inspecteur la Bavure' and the Renault 12 features in 3 different versions in the American movie 'Under Fire'. In romania it was build until 2005, i think 5 facelifts, also it was build as wagon, one cabin pick up and dual cab
