My brother died intestate and my evil sister has applied to be administrator. How can I freeze or delay the process until I can get the retainer fee for a lawyer and contest her position as administrator?

you 2 have probably figured it out by now but you go to probate court and file an objection, you have to pay the court and there will be a hearing, not simple.

The 1739-1991 New Jersey Wills and Probate Records for Thomas McKean 1831 cover page and administration papers says I own all land, building, property and chattel with immunity of whatsoever nature to the United States forever and I am not satisfied as an heir.
