Old Quarry Tunnel at North Hylton Riverside in Sunderland uk

Old tunnel on Sunderland Riverside for a mid to late 19th century quarry in North Hylton. Sandstone from the quarry was taken to barges on the river to be transported to Sunderland and the river mouth for building purposes.
