Alua Suites Hotel Corralejo, Fuerteventura - Independent Review of our stay January 2024

We stayed in this hotel from 24th - 31st Jan 2024. It was booked as a package through our local travel agent via Jet2.com. The hotel was advertised as 4 star, and we were there on an All-inclusive basis.
Overall, it is a very good sun holiday hotel. Location is good, facilities are good, our room was superb, and it's a very clean complex. However, our main issue was with the food, which was never hot enough - it was well presented and in abundant supply, but it did not meet our high standards. Teas and coffees were also not great and we had an issue in that there was no bottled water on offer.
However, we had a great holiday, good for relaxation and unwinding, and Jet2 were excellent.
As stated on the video, our standards are high, due to the type and scope of holiday we've been on before, so this hotel may be perfect for you and you are sure to have a great time.

We have booked to go here in May so this up to date review is perfect. How did you find the staff? Was is busy and did they have a market day? Thankyou

Hi, thanks for your comments. We found the staff very good, efficient, and some in particular, very friendly. We never saw the person who cleaned our room but it was done everyday to a high standard. We were off season so the town was not too busy, but I imagine in june to sept that it would get very busy. The was a market in the nearby shopping centre, possibly thursdays and sundays - lots of local things, worth a look. Hope that helps, Ashley
