500 mutton
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
½ cup coriander leaves ( use more if require )
3-4 green chilli
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp white paper powder
½ cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ cup curd
2 tsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp fresh cream
