sutures- coronal, sagittal and lambdoid (metopic suture maybe prsnt btw the frontal bones)
meeting points- bregma and lambda
highest point known as vertex
on sides of sagittal suture- PARIETAL FORMEN- emissary veins passes connects scalp to sagittal sinus
the saguttal suture betwn the parietal formaina is known as obelion.
on sides of the parietal bone- pareital tuber or prominence- wch is a common site of fracture of the skull
