Just a kind reminder to all our fellow Highly Sensitive People out there to take care of your emotional wellbeing as much as physical in these difficult times! Let's stay strong
Thanks for addressing the “low motivation” issue. I have been trying to put my finger on this strange way I’ve been feeling and that’s it! Just don’t feel like doing anything, feeling like life is in limbo. This gives me something to address and work with internally. Blessings to you, Vera. 🦋
Carol Bixby-McDonald I have that weird “Unmotivated” feeling also. A beautiful spring day which I’ve been waiting for to finish sealing & paint our large old outdoor fountain & I ordered everything I needed from Amazon slowly while researching “How Too” .. Slowly all the items arrived & It was several days of storms , drained it , more rain , Drained it Again , more storms ... sealed the dry pieces turned the pieces it over , fought ants , sealed one side ... Rained again .. & again , power went out.. blah ,blah, blah ... basin is full of water again . We have a short spring before heat & humidity arrive . I just want to sit & stare at the nice weather ! And relax but I know I must turn the heavy basin over again & finish sealing it because I now have the paint ! But my brain says just sit & enjoy the day ? What ? I’m not supposed to Ever feel this way ? I don’t even know if it’s a good or a bad thing ? Weird Right ?
The pandemic lockdown was an unexpected opportunity to rearrange my closet and bedroom. I went through everything and then addressed my kitchen where I carefully repainted my cabinets and sorted through all food and cooking, food related items. It feels so good. It is all clean, crisp and visually appealing. Thank- you for the inspiration and guidance.
We sold all our unwanted items in a big lot for a 100 bucks to a guy who does resale. We are moving several states away and have sold or gave away 70% of our things and plan to be more mindful of what comes back in. Loving your videos. My husband and I have learned alot 😌
Hey Vera, thanks to you am on day 28 of the 30 day challenge & will have gotten rid of 580 items, (including all xmas decorations) by day 30. Phew! Very energising, loving the space & feel I can breathe more easily. You are truly inspiring xx
We are moving and downsizing. I have yard sale and donate piles. It’s getting easier to let go. My goal is a calm new space when I move, with only the items I love. You are very calming and a positive role model. Love your channel.
I was getting ready to have a huge yard sale before this all happened. I had been downsizing for some time, then all of the sudden no where for it to go. I rented a storage unit and have been putting more and more in there. I know when this is all done all of those items will be sold or donated. Getting it out of my house and out of my way was amazing. You are so pleasant.🥰🌷
Always love decluttering...it just hasn't been quite as satisfying because the items aren't leaving the house yet...so it's almost like it feels much worse right now but I keep reminding myself of what it will feel like when it is all out.
Since the start of Covid I have purged 1/3 of my belonging. I have been watching minimal videos and clean with me from various UA-camrs. Very inspiring.
Yes I have started decluttering my apartment. I’ve also moved furniture around to open some spaces up. My nightstand was full of stuff so I decluttered that and I am now using a smaller nightstand to avoid unwanted things on there. Thank you for your videos they’re always happy, positive, and helpful. 😌
I am on a declutterimg journey since the begining of 2020. I tried to do it all in one, but realized that I cant handle it pretty well. Now I take my time and do it slowly, everytime I have a timegap. As you said in your ebook: Declittering isnt a sprint, it is a marathon. Thanks for all your tips ♥️
@Melanie Lazari Ahahaha I feel you! The Assyrians have so much "just in case"-items. Especially those for guests. My family in law holds to so much bed stuff for guest since my wedding (8years ago). Just in case if my brother in law will marry too, so they are prepared 🙈😅 I think, minimalism is something strange for our people 😅😂
You look gorgeous🌺Been decluttering for the last year & it's the most freeing thing I have ever done❣ Less cleaning more TIME (the 1 thing 💰 can't buy) Everything has a place, no wasting time looking for items👌🏼 Never feel embarrassed when someone drops by🤗 #beautifulsoul #thankyou #appreciateyou💖 #calming #tipsandtricks🦋
I loved this video Vera! 💙 Your point about getting rid of the items we’ve always putting off getting rid of because we thought we’d use them when we had more time is fantastic. It’s definitely inspired me to look through some of my baking ingredients and art supplies again. 🥰 Thanks so much for sharing! Sending love ✨
Thank you for the "Lockdown" video. Your words at the end brought a tear to my eye as I had gotten stalled in my cleaning efforts and was feeling guilty about it. You inspired me to begin again. Thank you... this has been a rough week in the USA (for me).
I’ve been hearing so many people doing major projects in and around the house right now and that was actually overwhelming for me because I’m not doing that. I don’t have the time (literally and emotionally) but I want to anyway. This video and list is very useful. I’d already started clearing out my email and I think I’m going to do a food declutter this weekend.
I am using this down time to definitely get some decluttering done. It gives me something to do and it is also making the space in my home feel more CALM. Thank you for your Decluttering E-Book with the checklists. I love to check things off as they get done. I feel like I have accomplished something! Thank you for your videos.
New subscriber here! I love how you get right into the topic that is the title of the video and succinctly go through your list of tips without ranting or repeating yourself.
Thanks so much and welcome to the channel! I always like to keep my videos as short and sweet as possible, while making sure all my points come across :)
Hi Vera! How nice to have a new video of yours during the week! My main problem is that I currently live in a tiny studio with few pieces of furniture to store things in. So although I own very few things, they get messy very easily. For instance, there is only one table, which now during quarantene has to serve as dining table, working space and desk 🤯 Maybe you have some tips on how to keep tidy a small space? 🤗
That's a great idea, thank you! :) Yes these times definitely call for some flexibility when it comes to our space, and just trying to make the best of it. I think the best thing is to do small stretches of tidying throughout the day. For example clearing off the table after work is finished.
Hi lovely Vera! You are like a comforting soft breeze that comes through the screen to create a little more peace in my day. I love the idea of doing little bits of decluttering. That system seems to work best for me. It is more gentle and satisfying and manageable for me. Thank you.🌸🌸🌸
Great tips. I've been busy de-cluttering, purging, organizing and re-organizing and re-organizing. Cleaning and more cleaning. I still have enough projects to keep me busy for a long time, ha ha! Actually I'm getting used to staying home and I'm enjoying it. Where I live in Canada it's still too cold to go outdoors to enjoy the weather. Great video.
still decluttering vera! its starting to make a positive impact. my lounge is very simply happy zen! and my bedroom too. still have a way to go. just doing what I can when I can. yiur videos are so motivating and inspiring cant thank you enough 🥰xxx
I've been minimalizing and decluttering a house I've lived i for 30 years and it's an ongoing project (and I'm making great progress!) Your videos inspire me. I will add though that I have been distinguishing minimalism from frugality. Right now I am keeping on hand items that may be useful later because this idea has already proven its worth. In recent weeks I have sewed more than 40 masks from leftover fabric, old pillowcases and family linen, partially used spools of thread, and stray twisty ties from bread products. I've been happy to have had those materials on hand. And now I've donated and given away all of those masks. I have no more extra fabric in my house.
Thanks for sharing! Yes there's a slight difference between minimalism and frugality when it comes to saving things that could come in handy one day, so I say do what works best for you :)
My declutter mindset is "one a day" and now, my items are housed in the trunk of my car until the shops reopen. I never just leave things be (( smiles)) I also keep tally of the items & send a "once per week" email of the list to my mom & sister for encouragement to them🤗 I have been working on unsubscribing from emails and deleting emails as well😉 Digital clutter ( too full inbox ) stresses me out as well. P.S. your plants are so healthy! 🌿🍀You have a "green thumb!"
Great video, Vera. I have a second bathroom that I don’t use, so I have been storing all of my donate or sell items in the shower stall. I recently started putting things that I think I “need” in there, too, just to see if I miss them. I’m trying to cull my book collection to a “100 must keep”; that hasn’t been going well.😣 “I want to keep all the books!”😀
Oh that's clever!! :) Haha yes I can imagine with the books. Do you have it clear in your mind why you would like to own 100 must keeps maximum? Sometimes it helps to remind ourselves of our why. And if you can't really define it, that could also tell you something :)
I also love books and that declutter definitely went in waves for me. At first there were just a few that I knew I wouldn't read again. The next time I looked, I ended up getting rid of physical copies of many that I already also used digital copies for (I also enjoy audiobooks for cleaning and commutes). Over time, I eventually accepted that I likely wouldn't make time to read many again and I only ended up keeping my absolute favorites. But it is all a process, maybe consider just moving the ones you are truly sure about for now and be willing to come back later once you've enjoyed more of the benefits of decluttering and minimalism? You might be able to rethink a few more then. Or you might have more clarity about why certain books should stay. :)
Books are one of the hardest ones for me too. 8 love the idea of removing the must keeps. The 9nes without a doubt I will never get rid 9f then seeing what's left and take it from there. Its angle I haven't used yet. Thanks for the idea!
Simple Happy Zen There are books with certain humanistic wisdom that I want to remind me of said wisdom when life seems complicated. I actual find comfort in pulling a book from the shelf and diving in once more to get to the heart of a matter.🥰
I did a major declutter right before going into lockdown, so I'm happy that I don't have all the stuff in the way. But while being at home with the kids, stuff seems to be coming out of no where. The good news is that it is easy to clean up because everything has a home. Hopefully I'll get a chance to go through junk drawers again to clean things up even more. Thanks for the inspiration, Vera! 🌞 I am honing my minimalist mindset... one day at a time! I hope everyone is doing well! 🌞
That's amazing! Yes one of the beautiful things about minimalism is that cleaning and tidying gets easier and easier :) When you have less things, it's easier to make sure everything has a home
@@SimpleHappyZen I am working on it, for sure! Before starting this journey, I did a lot of "research," reading, watching, learning, and experiencing before committing to the change. My change had to start within in order for it to stick. My research began with your videos, so an extra THANK YOU to you, Vera :) You have made such an impact on so many of us.
Since I knew we were going to be on lockdown (and I'm moving out) I did a deep spring cleaning from ceiling to floor and declutter. I did exactly like you said: designated an area and put sticky notes for the piles keep, sell, give (friends or charity) recycle...
Still decluttering. This situation has given me the energy and opportunity to finally tackle our attic. It looks a lot better now, but not finished yet. Thx for the tips.
Another helpful and wonderfully zen video! Thanks for these, Vera! I saw in your video that you were burning essential oil. I used to use one of those burners that you have, but today I finally got my “Geurwolkje”. If you enjoy burning oils, I would highly recommend this diffuser. I don’t buy the oils from that same company, I just use the ones I already have. And my plants love the extra humidity! Not trying to encourage you to buy anything, just recommending it in case you are interested! 🌷
Ah thanks so much for the tip!! I need to study up a little bit more about essential oil burners vs diffusers. I like my burner but the diffusers look so pretty haha. Although I have heard that with some oils, it can be harmful for your health if you diffuse them. But I don't know if that's really true, so don't let it spook you :)
Thank you very much, Vera. I had a bad day today and throughout the whole day until now. I have been thinking of decluttering my time on technologies and will certainly follow your advises. To get less overworked and still do my tasks properly, I have estimated an hour a day for doing the priorities also it will give me more time to spend family time and provide mental satisfaction when I am positively progressing to organize my life. I feel that I need a few time to get through organizing the academic and remote intern works I am currently in.
You are certainly right on item #6. But I have soldiered on. Another item I have been doing during lockdown but am not sure if it counts as decluttering is getting my money matters and investments straightened out.
Hi Vera, how are you? This is a really popular topic at the moment so thanks for making this video! I am currently doing a digital declutter and have got rid of thousands of memes and photos of Facebook animals I don't even know!! It takes ages but is so worthwhile. My friend's dog is unwell so she wants photos of him. I can now locate them without frustraton as every folder is arranged alphabetically. Stay safe and well. Best wishes from London. x
Hello Vera ma'am! First of all. You look very beautiful 😘😘 I have just started mininimalism from last month after following your channel. And in this month I have to watch almost all of your videos loved all videos! I always get a little bit of cleaning or organising done. While I'm watching your videos! So inspiring and motivating! Thank you so much 😊 🤗
Glad you are well! I always appreciate your encouraging words and peaceful demeanor...and your reminders to be kind to ourselves, particularly during this challenging Covid-19 time:) Cheers!
How gorgeous you are looking Vera. So nice and natural looking. Have been decluttering again - one of these days think will only have my underpants and a top 😃😃😃😃😃 Like all things in life there is a limit and time to stop. Maybe it it is lockdown craziness - although I doubt this. At least on 27 April, florists and DYI stores can reopen. Just the joy to buy fresh flowers again - what a joy.
Aw thank you, that's nice to hear :) Ah yes, something to look forward to! In the Netherlands, things are staying basically the same until at least May 20th
I'm keeping all my decluttered stuff bagged up under the bed so it's neat and out of the way, also because I want to add to it over time as and when I come across things I know longer need :)
I am quite interested in practicing minimalism I have already decluttered some of my things. I really find this very enjoyable as I have also did away with movies I never really watch but I need to do more with just decluttering my life.
Now that I have some more time to declutter, I have decided to take care of one special pile: all the things were are not in the shape to be donated, like old plushies and Christmas decorations, but are still dear to me even if I don't use them. I would feel bad about donating them in this condition, but also just throwing them out. Now I have time to fix them and make them pretty again and plan to donate them to SOS Children Villages of my country
Simple Happy Zen This video was extraordinarily awesomely informative!!!!! I lean towards being a hoarder lol (my family would say I AM a hoarder) ~ anyway, I think this video here is the single most helpful video I have ever watched, with regards to decluttering. Thank you very much.
Lockdown for me is a great time. I love being on my own and having the time to get things done without having all the other distractions that would normally enter my home. I have learnt a lot from watching your videos that you have come up with. They are truly inspiring for me. 🍃☮️🍃Out..
Hi, hope you are getting alot done in lockdown. I'm loving your videos. I especially love the organising/decluttering videos. This one was especially useful. I have WAY TO MANY clothes so I'm trying to get rid of alot this time around. I also declutter 2xs a yr. I have all 4 seasons at any given time here in Texas. So I need alot. I also enjoy the cleaning videos too. Please do a clean with me and tell us what cleaners you use and scents too. I'm a Mrs. Meyers fan and love her Basil scent all yr. But in summer I love the Honeysuckle. Also sanitize th size with the Lysol with hydrogen peroxide. It smells so clean.
I have been decluttering our food pretty well!! And really should be using this time to declutter digital items...but ugh..I just don’t want to take on that task 😳. As for other clutter...I’m only decluttering stuff that is necessary...the rest I am waiting for things to open back up. I just don’t want to be overwhelmed by the visual reminder of it once it’s boxed up. Thanks for the video!
Hi Vera, great video! Also, at most Jumbo stores (for us in the Netherlands) they have a donations bin where you can drop off your unwanted clothes and home goods :)
Are you decluttering right now? YES, STEP BY STEP Do clean with me or declutter with me videos motivate you? YES, ALWAYS. Do you want more minimalism for beginners tips? YES, PLEASE ;)
I have been decluttering in the quarantine at the beginning but I gave up because there was nothing I could do with those stuff. I cannot have social contact, I have to have a mask to go to a post office to send if I sale (and I don't have a mask), I have to have a contact if I want to donate etc. So I am just letting things be for now, there will be time for decluttering. Great tips Vera, stay safe. Greetings from Croatia 💚
I totally get it Marija, for some of us it could also be the best solution to wait for now, until things return back to 'normal'. Good luck with everything and take care!
I definitely need to finish decluttering process which has been started in March (!) So I store things to get rid of under my desk so they don't bother me
Every 48 hours, I take a Clorox wipe and disinfect everything that I touch on a daily basis. Bcz of that, it's hard to get any other cleaning done. I'm glad that I finally got around to minimalizing my UA-cam subscription list, so my newsfeed isn't as full, busy or cluttered. I'm also trying new recipes.
I like placing a clothes basket in the trunk of my car and place items in it as I come across items I wish to donAte to a thrift store or an individual and separate them into bags ... it makes it easier just to pull up and drop those things off as I am otw out for the day and I feel like I’ve helped myself and others in need along the way. The basket full makes me feel like I’ve made a pretty good dent in my decluttereing.
Heart of Kentucky. Hi Vera. Thank you for your new video. I can't tell if you have a dress or top on, but you look beautiful. It shows off your skin tone. Love you, Katie.
Thank you Vera! We have some extra foodsupplies at the moment . But i all listed📝 each in catagories,🗂 fresh vegtables and frozen fruits and vegetable, canned vegetable, beans canned and dried , nuts, milk fresh and the ones who last longer like almondmilk , cheese etc. Added the expiration date📆 to the lists of every item so i can easely make a menu with what needs to be used! I make a menu every week. A lot of work i admit, but no food waste! And no watching what can we have 😱because of the list you at ones see: still have plenty of one type of food, but almost out of...put it on to the shoppinglist🗒✏. Every day i cross of what i use up and ad the new fresh supplies when we get them. Stay save! , going to prepare simpele but healty noodle🍜🥢 meal to help us feel happy😃 and feed our soul and body with goodness😋
@@SimpleHappyZen it might seem a bit to organised maybe for some people ☺....i do understand that. But it helps me! For years I always did make a list from my freezer items. To stop food waste and save money and making shopping more simpel. Better for the environment 🌍, my bank account💶💰 had my head🤯 . The noodles tasted good, a bit salty
Hi Vera we do need more than ever permission to have good days and bad days at the moment 🧘♀️ but you motivate and encourage me so much I’m loving your ebook will leave a review ❤️
I'm decluttering during this quarantine and my car is packed full right now with no where open to donate, but I'll be waiting and ready when they do reopen.
First time to see you in an off-shoulder 😁 anyways, I did a decluttering before this covid and it had nowhere to go for now but looking forward to get rid of this when this is over - and I cant wait to get rid off it!! I also tried doing digital cluttering but it is somehow difficult when you have cute cat photos haha
If you honestly feel you might need it, I'd say keep it. You can reassess again later :) I think most of the time, we kind of know if we really might need it later, or if we're using that as an excuse not to make the tougher decisions. Good luck! :)
Great Video Vera. I've been doing "Bites" too. it's easier and less stressful than trying to tackle big projects. I became a Diabetic 6 months ago and it's been life changing. In positive ways. I've found I'm living not only healthier, but more intentional and minimal. It's working! I've scaled down in everything. The kitchen was the biggest project. I simplified my cooking and eating habits and eliminated of a lot of things that I don't use on a routine basis. I had 4 car loads for things I donated, (before the quarantine) I'm now living a better life. I've gotten back to exercising, yoga and meditation. Thanks for all your inspiring videos. Keep them coming you been a good motivator for me.
I loved this video. I watched you on my TV. May I ask what your plant is called on your sideboard behind your little elephant. I have 1 too, but haven't a clue if the name and I want more xx
im in an apt complex and i take it to the trash chute. its usually gone when i go down to bring the next box or bag. i have taken stuff to salvation army or any dropoff place and just leave it at the door. no problem with any dropoff place. I just dont want it to stay in my apt. i might go take something out of it!
If you’re wanting to donate items but the centres are closed, check Facebook. There was a family here who lost everything in a fire, and a mom and kids who just got out of a bad situation. I donated kitchen appliances I didn’t use, extra Tupperware, towels, clothing, anything. Guaranteed there are families who can utilize these things, rather than waiting for the donation centres to open ❤️
Lack of motivation is an obstacle for me at this time because: There's always tomorrow. Now it's especially important to keep our spaces organized, fresh, and clean because then this time at home can be lovely instead of a source of worry over things undone. I'm trying to take care of myself, the plants and animals, and the house. If that's all I accomplish in a day, fine.

That's a great idea, thank you! :) Yes these times definitely call for some flexibility when it comes to our space, and just trying to make the best of it. I think the best thing is to do small stretches of tidying throughout the day. For example clearing off the table after work is finished.
Thanks again Vera! Please know that long after this current crisis is well behind us,I will remember your steady, positive and reassuring voice! 🥰
Aw thank you Susan, I really appreciate that 🌷💕
Hi lovely Vera! You are like a comforting soft breeze that comes through the screen to create a little more peace in my day. I love the idea of doing little bits of decluttering. That system seems to work best for me. It is more gentle and satisfying and manageable for me. Thank you.🌸🌸🌸
Thanks for your sweet comment Cheryl, I appreciate it :) Have a lovely day!
Amazing!! Congrats on all the progress 🤗
thankyou lovely. you have been so inspiring to me. so far feels amazing cant wait to have it done xxx
Yes, I’ve started Decluttering during lockdown... it feels Good!
Your channel is full of quality advice, you must be a great person! 👋
My declutter mindset is "one a day" and now, my items are housed in the trunk of my car until the shops reopen. I never just leave things be (( smiles)) I also keep tally of the items & send a "once per week" email of the list to my mom & sister for encouragement to them🤗
I have been working on unsubscribing from emails and deleting emails as well😉 Digital clutter ( too full inbox ) stresses me out as well.
P.S. your plants are so healthy! 🌿🍀You have a "green thumb!"
Haha I get it! :D But that's a good idea, if they fit in your car then you can immediately drive and drop them off when it's possible again
I really enjoy the decluttering e-book! Great information (and the layout is calm and pleasant)!
Yay, I'm so happy to hear that! :) Thank you Marie 🤗🌷
@@dawn-mariesantoro9603 I agree. books are so hard to get rid of!
Wow you did a lot of work! :)
@@SimpleHappyZen and I'm not done with all the decluttering yet. Some things are harder to get rid of.
Still decluttering. This situation has given me the energy and opportunity to finally tackle our attic. It looks a lot better now, but not finished yet. Thx for the tips.
That's great!! :D Good luck with finishing the attic 🤗
Best wishes from London. x
Thanks and yes a digital declutter is perfect right now :) I'm sorry about your friend's dog...
@@SimpleHappyZen, thank you. He's such a sweet boy, too.
You look so beautiful! I instantly feel relaxed when I watch your videos ♥️ I have learned to LOVE decluttering 🤗 Have a fantastic week, Vera!
Aw thanks Nena, I appreciate it!! 🤗 You have a wonderful week too
Hello Vera ma'am! First of all. You look very beautiful 😘😘 I have just started mininimalism from last month after following your channel. And in this month I have to watch almost all of your videos loved all videos! I always get a little bit of cleaning or organising done. While I'm watching your videos! So inspiring and motivating! Thank you so much 😊 🤗
Aw thank you so much for your sweet comment! That means a lot :) Good luck with cleaning and decluttering!!! 🤗🌱🌾
Glad you are well! I always appreciate your encouraging words and peaceful demeanor...and your reminders to be kind to ourselves, particularly during this challenging Covid-19 time:) Cheers!
Thanks so much Lilia and I hope you're doing well! Take care 🤗
How gorgeous you are looking
Vera. So nice and natural looking.
Have been decluttering again -
one of these days think will only
have my underpants and a top
😃😃😃😃😃 Like all things in
life there is a limit and time to
stop. Maybe it it is lockdown
craziness - although I doubt this.
At least on 27 April, florists and
DYI stores can reopen. Just the
joy to buy fresh flowers again -
what a joy.
Aw thank you, that's nice to hear :) Ah yes, something to look forward to! In the Netherlands, things are staying basically the same until at least May 20th
Thanks Vera. Your videos are always inspiring.I have a bag in the corner with a few things in it that I'm decluttering.❤
Thank you!! Ah that's great :)
I'm keeping all my decluttered stuff bagged up under the bed so it's neat and out of the way, also because I want to add to it over time as and when I come across things I know longer need :)
Great idea! :)
Would you please do a video on plants care in your home, all your home plants seem to be so happy, healthy and thriving. Thank you 🤗💕
Haha thanks Jane!! Actually it's beginner's luck I think.. I don't even know their names haha. Basically all I do is give them water once a week
I am quite interested in practicing minimalism I have already decluttered some of my things. I really find this very enjoyable as I have also did away with movies I never really watch but I need to do more with just decluttering my life.
You really inspire me Vera! You help me to realise what is important to me. And your videos always soothe me :)
That's so nice to hear, thanks Kirsten! 🤗
I absolutely love that!!! 🤗💕
Simple Happy Zen This video was extraordinarily awesomely informative!!!!! I lean towards being a hoarder lol (my family would say I AM a hoarder) ~ anyway, I think this video here is the single most helpful video I have ever watched, with regards to decluttering. Thank you very much.
Great video Vera. Thank you for all the tips. Stay safe.
You're very welcome, and take care!!
Lockdown for me is a great time. I love being on my own and having the time to get things done without having all the other distractions that would normally enter my home. I have learnt a lot from watching your videos that you have come up with. They are truly inspiring for me. 🍃☮️🍃Out..
Thanks so much Stevie and good luck with everything!! 🤗🌱
Definitely decluttering----thank you for your ebook!
That's great! :) and you're welcome, good luck with decluttering!!
I just found you and I love your decluttering and zen method
Welcome to the channel Diane! 🤗🌾🌱
@@SimpleHappyZen thank you
I'm watching your video now but im at work now but I'll going to get rid of some stuff that I don't need or want when I get home thank u 💖
Happy to hear it, good luck Faye! :)
Thanks Jennifer! :) And good luck with decluttering your clothes, you might find this video helpful: ua-cam.com/video/rtAxhLOPCeM/v-deo.html
I totally get it!! Small bits are the way to go 😄
Hi Vera, great video! Also, at most Jumbo stores (for us in the Netherlands) they have a donations bin where you can drop off your unwanted clothes and home goods :)
Awesome! I knew about the clothing, but what do you mean by home goods?
@@SimpleHappyZen - For example, towels, small kitchen tools & accessories, pillows, blankets, and books.
Oh wow I didn't know that!! Thanks for sharing, that's awesome
Are you decluttering right now? YES, STEP BY STEP Do clean with me or declutter with me videos motivate you? YES, ALWAYS. Do you want more minimalism for beginners tips? YES, PLEASE ;)
Haha all right, thanks Christin, duly noted 😄🤗 Good luck with decluttering!
@@SimpleHappyZen thank you 🤗
I have been decluttering in the quarantine at the beginning but I gave up because there was nothing I could do with those stuff.
I like your videos and the living furniture. Where can I buy them?
Thanks👏
Love your channel so much. Done with decluttering as well...
Aw thank you :)
Great video as always! Really helped me to stay relaxed and get organised😊👍
Happy to hear it! :D
Now is a the to get rid of paper clutter! Thank you as always. I like the background. Your house is beautiful.
Take care my friend.🥰
Thank you somuch Lucy!!! You take care as well, sending positive vibes 🤗🌷
Wonderful video and advices! It's the perfect time to declutter your home and your life😊 Greettings from Argentina😘
Thanks so much and have a great day! Happy decluttering
I definitely need to finish decluttering process which has been started in March (!) So I store things to get rid of under my desk so they don't bother me
Good luck!!! :)
I’m decluttering during this period. Thanks for the tips
You're very welcome Christiana, happy decluttering! :)
This is a great video. I am on it thx for giving even more motivation
Heart of Kentucky. Hi Vera. Thank you for your new video. I can't tell if you have a dress or top on, but you look beautiful. It shows off your skin tone. Love you, Katie.
Aw thank you Katie, that's so nice! :) It's a top and I'm really happy with it
Thank you so much
You're very welcome Karien :) Take care!
What a great topic! and so needed right now!
Oh that's so organized!! A great way to make sure nothing goes to waste. Enjoy your meal
9:23 love this background
Thank you! :)
So neat,so nice, love the way you come across..so..Zen like
Thank you so much :)
Hi Vera we do need more than ever permission to have good days and bad days at the moment 🧘♀️ but you motivate and encourage me so much I’m loving your ebook will leave a review ❤️
I totally agree 😊 And yay, so happy to hear that!!
I'm decluttering during this quarantine and my car is packed full right now with no where open to donate, but I'll be waiting and ready when they do reopen.
That's awesome, it'll be a great feeling when you can drop everything off :)
I am decluttering right now. I am keeping the sfuff in the back of my car, ready to go for donation as soon as they are open. Thanks for your video!
Great! Congrats on the progress and good luck with decluttering!
Your plants are everything 🌿 😍
Haha thank you Sanja! 🤗🌱🌿
My house looks pretty much cleaner than before but I still have to organize my digital photos and all the paperwork.. ☺️ thanks for the good tips
You're welcome and I'm happy to hear your home looks better :)
Haha yes this is my only off-shoulder top :D I like it though. Ah yes decluttering cat photos would be a challenge 💕
Thanks for this. How about stuff that I feel I might need an item when we go back to normal?
If you honestly feel you might need it, I'd say keep it. You can reassess again later :) I think most of the time, we kind of know if we really might need it later, or if we're using that as an excuse not to make the tougher decisions. Good luck! :)
Yes i'm decluttering and cleaning all rooms of my House 💪😁😘
YEAH! :) Good luck!!
I had 4 car loads for things I donated, (before the quarantine)
I'm now living a better life. I've gotten back to exercising, yoga and meditation. Thanks for all your inspiring videos. Keep them coming you been a good motivator for me.
Wow, thanks Paul and I'm so impressed you're able to turn your life around like that in only 6 months! Take care
Yes I'm going to get some things and put them in bins in the garage.
Good luck! :)
I love your Lipstick and Nail paint in this video 💕
Thank you Jyoti :) Have a great week
You too Vera.. I hope you and your family are doing well during these tough times
Thank you Jyoti :) We're all doing well under the circumstances. Hope you and yours are doing well too!
I loved this video. I watched you on my TV. May I ask what your plant is called on your sideboard behind your little elephant. I have 1 too, but haven't a clue if the name and I want more xx
Hi Davena! I actually don't know the name either 😅 I'm bad with plant names
@@SimpleHappyZen haha, I'm. Glad I'm. Not the only one x
I'm working on decluttering
Good luck, you can do it!
im in an apt complex and i take it to the trash chute. its usually gone when i go down to bring the next box or bag. i have taken stuff to salvation army or any dropoff place and just leave it at the door. no problem with any dropoff place.
Yep,decluttering and repotting plants💜🌞Also, no more gum! I can work out st home and SAVE MY $$! Yay
Great video as always. I also like your makeup!
Thanks Daina! :)
In disabled and can't drive because of it so this is helpful for me all year round
I definitely feel a need to let stuff go still. I might just use outside more.
Thank you so much!
You're very welcome Ruby, hope you're doing well
