The stand out to Ornn for me is the cute little slime alien creature that DANCES when he makes stuff on his table. Like him tapping the little guy to make him dance really does sell him as a God of Groove. That is such a phenomenal idea that truly makes Ornn feel new again for me as a main.
Im just mad they mad him fortnite dance on his recall. Everyone is goated with the sauce on the dance floor and Ornn just looks like he got a headshot in Tilted Towers.

Please do spend an hour talking about that music stuff, im not the type of guy to comment often, but i really enjoy just hearing you talk about stuff you are experienced about, you are like that one cool history teacher that makes the class fun and interesting, and character design/storytelling has always been a passion of mine, never went into character design as i have 0 art skill but i do like to investigate, study it and hearing other people talk about it just makes me happy
space groove each time just feels so inspired by creating skins that would fit the theme, the champions, and their stories. it doesn't feel as if it was made to be a hollow shell for profit it feels genuinely motivated by creative thinking and love

Agreed, with one exception. I can't think of any champion less suited to this skinline than Ornn. He's gruff, aloof, dark and his sounds are deep, harsh and yet resonant. This skin (and the line as a whole) doesn't play into any of those themes. The sounds are a tragedy, limp, wet and weak. The colors clash horrifically and worst still, they massacred my boy's beard! He looks like a chubby Heimerdinger. Ornn mains seem to generally dislike this skin.

And most of the time it doesn't need to be an exact repeat of the champion theme. Look at surprise party fiddlesticks or corporate mundo. Heck, even non legendary skins such as nightbringer lillia, elderwood reksai or dawnbringer rhaast proved that doing reverse takes of a champion's norma personality was a good idea. Ornn deserved a more lighten up skin for once. Heck, this isn't gonna be his last skin anyway
My only real problem is the lack of a clear space channel 5 reference in the aesthetics of some of the skins and I quizzed a lot of my friends on who the yordle was and most said Veigar or Lulu not Teemo.

From their original line with Lux design and Gwens color palette, the love letter to Space Channel 5 is crystal clear. Mad respect for them for not just keeping the high quality of charm and loved of this line and SC5, but to also elevating it for this 2nd go. Such a fuckin knockout SSSPPPAAAACCCEEEE CHANNEL 5!

Space groove has always been one of my favorite skin lines! I love the more goofy and creative lines. Right now I think that includes Space Groove, Bees, and Rain Shepards!

I’m normally more of a fantasy dork and I’m not usually that appealed towards more modern art (in skins), but this skinline gave us so much and it’s just so colorful and wonderful it reminds me of the candyland trope in portals fiction but with a soda-pop/sour gummy candy vibe. I use space groove teemo, nami, and Lissandra religiously. I even kinda like Gragas which says a lot cause f that champ.
If only the lava lamp theme was more noticeable in the character model. It moves but verryyyyy slowly. ALSO HER ULT IN THIS SKIN IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN
