    Made it to the end. Yes, it is a unique RC. I love these RCs that function like the full size unit... something about those RCs that draw me to them.. I can't explain why.. they're just so cool. Thanks for the video of the repair. UA-cam Gold!!!!!!!

    I assumed the crushers were useless but to see it actually crush rocks and be a part of an operation is way cool! awesome to see a bit of real world what you have to do for maintenance as well

      I use to run a full size one from 05-08. Had to clean it out many of times.

    I found your channel a few weeks back when a random video popped up in my feed. I’ve since watched both seasons of UA-cam Gold, most of loading wars and started on the TTC stuff. This week I picked up a Tamiya Lunchbox as my first RC project in about 15 years and dug out my old Thunder Tiger nitro to get running again.

    I watched the whole video... awesome man! Just too expensive for my blood today. Thank god for youtube ! I'm amazed that tiny scale can crush rocks... the same rocks a huge machine crushed. They dont get much softer even being small.

    put tape on the frame of the trommel that your crew keeps running into , even a spring mounted flag or magnet mounted one . you got lots of maintenance for the gold crew . it's a joy to see the gold crew run those machines . love the maintenance video's also .

    I worked for a rock crusher company for 12 years and I would love to make an all rc quarry. I have been flying rc for 43 years love your channel watched the video all the way glad it was screws and not broken I was betting broke crusher wall or bearing housing, glad to be wrong. When I start me rc quarry it will be inside. Texas heat is a bich. Keep up the good work

    Yes I stuck around to the end. I just want to say THANK YOU for sharing that. Perhaps most will not find this particular video interesting, but from those of us who do, it was really cool. Definitely a pleasure to watch and learn. I have never even considered building an RC all on my own, nor getting into one. This seems very much like trouble shooting any other piece of equipment I would perhaps work with.
    I guess it made it feel less intimidating. Cheers.

    I imagine it needs a fairly heavy flywheel to keep the motor from getting too bogged down. I wonder if a full size one is as simple at the scale one? These kinds of videos are always fun.

      This unit is a lot easier to work on. Pick it up, turn it over, change a track motor hose. Tooling required looks minimal too. This looks like a dream!

    Of course I made it to "this point in the video" because I LOVE the heavy machinery videos! I also wanted to check this unit out a little closer when I came to visit a while ago but I was a little overwhelmed with everything else.

    I worked on the real thing! The moving plate is called the toggle plate . The one thing this thing is missing is when the jaw would start bogging it would stop the vibrate table ,crush what it is on there then start the table back up to feed more.. got to say pretty detailed machine!

    I think that thing is incredible! I find all the construction equipment top of the rc list. Real hydraulic RC’s are the bees knees! There is much I wouldn’t do for one of those excavators!!!! 👊😬👍

    That thing is pretty simple constructed but it tuff as nails. Cool how it all goes together. Id never guessed it was chain drive. Wen u turned it over n showed the bottom, i thought for sure that gear had came off n was causin the problem, then i seen the worm shaft. It interesting how all the equipment is put together with the hyd n electronics.

    Watched to the bitter end. That thing is cool. I've always thought it would be cool to have a set of matching construction RC machines. Then set up an environment where they can work would be better than model railroading.

    The large pulley (as you called it) is a flywheel to help keep momentum in the shaft so that there's more mass behind the crushing jaws.

    I used to work in a stone mine and have had to use these and run the big stone plant. Its so cool to see it all scaled down to rc size. But 😱😱 that price tag tho!!
