Only nitpick(its my preference/missed opportunity) is that in Poker Night, it is implied that Heavy is a lightweight drinker, that even carbonation makes him dizzy. He orders a peach Bellini and it would had been awesome if he had one here. But I guess that all depends on whether you think Poker Night is canon or not. I'm not diminishing your work, this is still really great and I'd love to see it in game!
well heavy does canonically have a PHD in Russian literature and he does say it in Poker Night, Oh and Heavy does say he'll turn Max into a hat, and so fourth we have Max's bunny head for a TF2 hat so idk
My only complaint is that Engie's and Spy's taunts don't have a shattering glass sound effect when their bottles/wine glasses hit the ground. Other than that minor detail I love everything about this (especially Medic's foam-stache)

I can't help to feel this would be a lovely team-taunt. (Proposing a toast with a pal after a successful assist, would be grand!) But then again, would be a shame to 'wait on someone' for such neat taunt to activate!
Two things, I like that Demo has a flask as a backup to him typically drinking from his Scrumpy Bottle. And that Demo and Heavy share drinking sound effects since they share the same VO

wow, those drink items are extremely well-modeled. I especially like the sniper's thermos, the pyro's gas can, and heavy's transparent glass bottle of presumably vodka. It would be neat if there was a normal, singular taunt (the one in the video) and then a partner action one (two people sharing a drink, using the same models) and a group one (like the conga, anyone can join in, passive standing around and then you could hit left click to drink and end your taunt)
I love how some taunts are just taunts for all classes. E.g: The Schadenfraude - Engineer melee taunt with wrench; This taunt - Melee Demoman taunt with bottle
I personally LOVE that each class has their own unique bottle, each animation is filled to the brim with charm and if this were added i'd almost feel wrong to not use it. I think this is a great taunt and really hope it gets added.
