@@cal5365 Yes I know what youre talking about, thx for not spoiling publicly tho, I appreciate it! I didn't know about it at the time of recording. But yeah, her stats are built for it so its an obvious choice.
Put Strohl on Assassin with Slash Boost and AoE Slash attack from Sword Master. When he gets lvl 20 assassin skill he becomes super MP efficient. Also I suggest getting Brawler/Pugi on Hulk for the Debuff strike move. My Hulk had Magic Knight with shield arts and the defense debuff move from pugi. I kept my MC as a General/Mage for support and synthesis. My Heismay went all in for Gunner. I just hit 61hrs into the game. Am about lvl 60. Game is super fun, also nice video I will subscribe
I would say maxing the archetypes line they start with is important like Knight for Hulkenberg and Thief for Heismay. But I wouldn't say you need Knight to win any fight in the game. But there are follower rank reasons.
The upgraded taunt skill that the paladin gives u access to makes some fights sooooo much easier. it allows you to negate a lot of damage. But you're right, its not literally necessary.
I liked your video because you're the only UA-camr right now giving advice about midgame who actually reached mid game. Everyone else puts midgame in their title but they haven't even left Martira lol
Heismay easily becomes the strongest tank in the game once you get to his 3rd (elite) thief archetype. Slap on him the basic knight's proclamation (don't use the advanced one since it blocks, which prevents evasion) and his evasions will sap all of your enemies' turn crystals. Managed to perfect win a few bosses for the juicy reward bonus using evasion shenanigans. Since i use him exclusively as a tank and don't need his attack abilities (ohk moves kinda bad since there's nothing boosting the chances, steal's still good though) I slap on the lucky find passives on him instead *hint*.
Yeah dodge tanks are always fun to play, but it does take some time before you can get there so I didnt include it in a mid-game guide. Thanks for letting me know it can be a reliable option tho!
Luck boosts the chances of ohk as well as multi hit moves that hit 2-4 times hitting a higher amount of times on top of crits, status effect chances, etc.
Heismay is by far the best character in the game at end game because of his ability which only he gets which removes all turns from the enemy when he dodges. Some bosses get 8-10 turns which without this ability your just hoping you survive.
Hulkenberg Can also end the enemy turn by repelling the spell. And at the sams tims, shes 10 times tankier and can taunt bosses. Heismey as a dodge tank is broken, but at the end of the day, its up to preference I think.
@@acwano The problem is that the optional bosses do 9999 to the party if you repel anything and they cast more than just one type of spell . Royal Knight can only remove 2 turns at max with its omnishield which doesn't do much when they have 8-12 turns.
I gave Hulkenberg commander skills for the x2 atk/def buffs + aoe healing from healer so she's broken as fuck. I definitely think there are some archetypes that are better for getting skills to use on the main ones.
Yeah the healer and commander lineage give you a lot of good inheritable skills! I like to play the general as a main tho cuz it has really good synthesis skills.
Yeah, like I said, Faker is one of the best archetype in the game, I mastered it on Junah. How reliable is the extra turn skill? I havent used it as much so far.

Oh yeah, 100%, I gave her some gunner attacks cuz the tank is often in the backrow in this game. Although later, when you unlock the magic knight, you will get more offensive options outside of synthesis skills.
What's kinda annoying about some of these classes is that you gotta have something totally different to get the advanced ones. I recommend using a mastered archetype on your characters so you can simply dope yourself through undesired classes, like wizard Hulkenberg.
Yeah thats why I do, and I keep the party members I dont currently use on a mastered archetype to feed me hero leaves thingies. Took some time to get samurai Strohl.
I just take my time i guess. To be fair, my beta game time was transferred and I really took my time during beta because we had limited amount of content.
Im sure it works but lemme give you some info you might know yet. -The brawler skills scale like the physical skills in persona, which means they cost a % of your hp and take into consideration your remaining hp (for dmg) in percent too. So building full hp isnt bad but it isnt a super synergy either. -The brawler class cannot equip the heavy armors, which are extremely strong. They usually have defensive passives and are meant to be put on your tank. But hey, the most important thing is to have fun, stick to what you like!
@acwano damn i miss on that one broo, you're right, i just think on simple way cuz lossing hp is way more cheaper that losing mp(hp potion on refantazio cheap AF),thats why i use monk especially whn u play with hard, but u make me realize the monk is using percentage, my bad I'll renew my statement, using monk for her still risky then, but I'll say it,it become worth it if u buy bunch of hp potion on discount day:p
Yeah using hp skills is always a lot cheaper. What I do is I give healing skills to a party member im not using, then I use them to heal me after every battle so I dont waste the MP of my in-battle healer. So I can spam hp moves on strohl while not having to buy healing potions.
I keep losing , I can't make it to necromancer in enough time and I'm barely doing any stuff in town. I make it tto the miniboss right before him and I have lv 13 mage warrior knight and still get destroyed. apparently i fucekd up cause i snuck around the dragon . now I lost the game and it made me go back 5 days before time limit, wondering if I can still save it at lv 11 all characters , thinking about doing brawler healer knight , my last group just got its ass kicked nonstop. honestly stressful asf how u get rushed thru the game
I also made the same mistake and didnt grab the fire sword, which helps a lot against the zombies summoned by the necromancer. But dont worry you can still beat him. I recommend switching the MC from mage to healer for the light magic and healing spells that help a lot against Zorba ( you can also just inherit healer skills on your mage). The trick is to never let more than 1 zombie alive at the same time because after summoning 2 of them, he enrages them and they start doing double damage. The zombies are weak to light and fire magic iirc. If you are truly stuck, there is no shame in lowering the difficulty just for that fight if you dont wanna waste any days. If you dont mind, just leave the dungeon and do stuff like buying better gear etc.., it will also replenish all of your MP which could help. Good luck !!!
