Watching this got me dying. First dish is banh cuon. Nothing is raw in it. And the sauce is fish sauce not chili oil. Second dish is Pho, everything is cooked except the rare beef. I eat that stuff near raw. The piece you split out is cooked tendon. It’s all beef, no pork. No chicken in the soup. And the thing that looks like a flower is a beef meatball. And if you are wondering why the small tables and chairs, it’s because VN homes and business do not have much room. If normal size tables and chairs, they will take up all the space.

The meat with wedges in that pho bowl is a giant beef ball split into wedges, the meat you spitted out is beef tendon. Every meat in that pho bowl was beef. Beef brisket was also in your bowl.
The Vodka like wine is rice wine. The food you thought was tofu is made of soy bean according to that man. The sweet and salty snack is made of plum, and this is supposed to be good for your sinuses. Cheers brother.
