Hi Reshmi... This made my daughter's day even more Special. It was her 12th birthday. Impressed by the making video she herslf suggested me to make this for her birthday and it turned out super duper... .We named it TIGER CAKE ..... while pouring the ganache over the long cake (2 square cakes together)which we made felt like the smooth glazed body of a tiger. Thankyou so much for this perfect recipe.. Had tried some of your other recipes tooo... All came out well.., Special appreciation for the perfect measurements and the tips you mention in between.....
