@@ElliottPrendy Weird how this video doesn't cover a pricing strategy or the fact of the fees ebay extracts from sales. Not including what not to sell or the rush to the bottom on price vs profit. The main reason ebay FROWNS on dropshipping is there will be so many people selling what other sellers are selling as profitable items that suppliers will run out of items to ship. Then sellers will have to cancel orders. This is why EBAY wants you to have purchased the item to SECURE the sale. The best sellers know how to avoid selling those items or know when to stop. The average dropshipper isn't getting 20% margin after fees and if they are it isn't consistent on average.
@@scamchan I agree. I do want to mention that this is a side hustle, as you can see from my own numbers I shared I'm not making huge profits (for some of the reasons you've mentioned). Still, side hustle money can be made with the right strategy

You say list your products cheaply at the beginning until you increase your sales & ratings/feedback. You never mention that you still have eBay fees to pay so when you list you have to make sure you price to cover these fees.
Very true, ebay fees are quite low however. You could either make a small loss just to get your reviews up and make more sales in future OR list a price enough to cover fees

Appreciate the information! 39:00 That sounds just like Stripe/Paypal.. if you are dropshipping or shipping from china, you can't tell them that, and have to provide the local carrier to them. Being a bit ambiguous and they won't ask too much, but if you're be ing 100% transparent and tell them all the details about shipping from china, then they have no choice but to ban your account, even your dispute rate is low
I just mean if they initially ban your account as soon as you make it. Sometimes when you make a new account they ban you the first day as soon as you import your first product. After your account is reinstated, you can of course be transparent with your customers. Sorry if I didn't make that clear

If you already chose FLAT:UK DHL when listing, why do you have to change it when you are adding it to cart after getting an order on ebay? Shouldn't you make sure it tallies, on both ebay & cj dropshipping? 2. If I do not live in UK, and when I set up my account I used my home country address, how do I dropship on ebay UK?

The time matters to both EBAY and the buyers. If you are stating a certain amount of handling time per order than the customer knows up front there will be a delay. Yet you have to think like a customer that expect their order to be processed and delivered quickly. Ebay monitors the tracking and customer feedback If ebay has to step in to handle your customer complains about shipping and or refunds they will mark your account and when you get too many marks your account will go below standard and you can be restricted or banned.

I have just started dropshipping using CJ and I am in the UK like you. So, I have just posted 2 items for sale on my eBay account, I chose my items to come from their UK warehouse and have set up on their website only to show me the UK stock, but I noticed that after I list the item, on the location part of the eBay listing it says that the item is in China and include the Chinese town that I can't remember now. So I went and changed it to the UK instead manually after listing, but I was just wondering, what do you do in this situation? Do you just go and change it yourself like I did or just leave it as it is? I followed everything you mentioned on the video including choosing the flat DHL on the others tab... In just wondering if there's anything I am doing wrong. 🤔 Also it always add a postage fee for customers and I have to go again manually to add as a free postage for customers as I do take into consideration all fees with shipping included... Hey mate, yes I did forget to mention this, sometimes that does happen. Unfortunately, you will have to change it manually as you have done. It is a pain but it is the only way I know right now
*I forgot to mention REFUNDS!* Your refund options are below: 1. Get the customers to send the product back to you and refund them. Contact your supplier (CJ, Alibaba etc) and tell them you require a refund. Send the product back to your supplier and get your own refund. 2. Provide your customer with your suppliers address and get them to send the product back to them (however, they may complain about this due to shipping costs. It could effect your feedback, so I would go with option 1). Refund your customer once they provide receipt of the item being shipped back and then request a refund from your supplier once they receive the item. 3. If the item is cheap (under $10), I sometimes just refund the customer and let them keep the product. It saves me the headache and it means your feedback will be good. Cheers, Elliott

😅Need a answer for the question so please reply😅 i found that ebay send money to payoneer daily so what is was thinking is that can we use that money which the buyer paid for the product to fulfill his/her order. Note- No worries about sending payoneer payment to bank account which will take several business days. I found a solution for that and tried it which let me get my money from my payoneer to my bank account instantly kindly tell me the answer for fulfilling the order is it possible.

After watching your video I’ve decided to start dropshipping to see how it goes, anyway… I followed your instructions and selected “flatUK DHL” shipping option, but on the eBay listing it’s the “DHL 1 working day delivery service” how do I get around this as it’s going to take 4-9 days for delivery not the 1 working day? I have put in the description that delivery can take between 4-9 days I’m just wondering if there is a better delivery option on eBay that gives me more days. Thank you and it was a really great video so much so that it encouraged me to take the plunge into dropshipping 🙌
Sounds amazing! Yes I just used this as an example. Can choose one of the other options that have slightly longer shipping times (doesn't matter too much, except to set expectations for the customer)

1. If you already chose FLAT:UK DHL when listing, why do you have to change it when you are adding it to cart after getting an order on ebay? Shouldn't you make sure it tallies, on both ebay & cj dropshipping?
2. If I do not live in UK, and when I set up my account I used my home country address, how do I dropship on ebay UK?

The time matters to both EBAY and the buyers.
If you are stating a certain amount of handling time per order than the customer knows up front there will be a delay.
Yet you have to think like a customer that expect their order to be processed and delivered quickly.
Ebay monitors the tracking and customer feedback
If ebay has to step in to handle your customer complains about shipping and or refunds they will mark your account and when you get too many marks your account will go below standard and you can be restricted or banned.

I have just started dropshipping using CJ and I am in the UK like you.
So, I have just posted 2 items for sale on my eBay account, I chose my items to come from their UK warehouse and have set up on their website only to show me the UK stock, but I noticed that after I list the item, on the location part of the eBay listing it says that the item is in China and include the Chinese town that I can't remember now. So I went and changed it to the UK instead manually after listing, but I was just wondering, what do you do in this situation? Do you just go and change it yourself like I did or just leave it as it is?
I followed everything you mentioned on the video including choosing the flat DHL on the others tab... In just wondering if there's anything I am doing wrong. 🤔
Also it always add a postage fee for customers and I have to go again manually to add as a free postage for customers as I do take into consideration all fees with shipping included... If you could please shed a light for me 😅

Hey mate, yes I did forget to mention this, sometimes that does happen. Unfortunately, you will have to change it manually as you have done. It is a pain but it is the only way I know right now

*I forgot to mention REFUNDS!*
Your refund options are below:
1. Get the customers to send the product back to you and refund them. Contact your supplier (CJ, Alibaba etc) and tell them you require a refund. Send the product back to your supplier and get your own refund.
2. Provide your customer with your suppliers address and get them to send the product back to them (however, they may complain about this due to shipping costs. It could effect your feedback, so I would go with option 1). Refund your customer once they provide receipt of the item being shipped back and then request a refund from your supplier once they receive the item.
3. If the item is cheap (under $10), I sometimes just refund the customer and let them keep the product. It saves me the headache and it means your feedback will be good.

😅Need a answer for the question so please reply😅 i found that ebay send money to payoneer daily so what is was thinking is that can we use that money which the buyer paid for the product to fulfill his/her order. Note- No worries about sending payoneer payment to bank account which will take several business days. I found a solution for that and tried it which let me get my money from my payoneer to my bank account instantly kindly tell me the answer for fulfilling the order is it possible.

After watching your video I’ve decided to start dropshipping to see how it goes, anyway… I followed your instructions and selected “flatUK DHL” shipping option, but on the eBay listing it’s the “DHL 1 working day delivery service” how do I get around this as it’s going to take 4-9 days for delivery not the 1 working day?
I have put in the description that delivery can take between 4-9 days I’m just wondering if there is a better delivery option on eBay that gives me more days.

Sounds amazing! Yes I just used this as an example. Can choose one of the other options that have slightly longer shipping times (doesn't matter too much, except to set expectations for the customer)

Hello, I would like to do dropshipping for the American market with products that are located in United States, regarding the shipping settings, I only have to make two or three adjustments in the settings for shipping and then eBay takes care of doing the calculation automatically. for customers, depending on the destination and the weight and size of the package? And I wanted to ask you a second question regarding the listings, when I do a listing for the market American, I want the products to be sent only to the United States but then I would like to publish this ad for the English market and I would like the ad to be visible only to the English customer I mean with stock and send it only in England, is this possible? Do shipments come with receipts? do we message the seller and ask them not to include a receipt? How do you manage this?
