But there are other people who have never stepped foot in a gym before and decided they want to take better care of themselves but don't know how. Help these people; don't put them down. On a final note, if I ever caught anyone recording me at the gym without my permission, they would be buying a new phone. just saying...

That people continue to compromise form for weight and that people working in these gyms don't take the time to correct them especially when its a safety issue. I'm not a crossfitter myself, but I've done a few to change my workout routine a bit to make it more challenging and fun, and it's not as easy as I think even when being fit. Crossfitting requires a whole lot of stamina.
People who do the exercise incorrectly tend to ignore someone tryong to help them. Its a waste of time. As far as crossfit goes, it's not about stamina, but incorrect to abhorrent form just to complete a set. They exemplify and even celebrate terrible technique

my favorite 5:30 D-bags love this machine. you can throw a bunch of plates on and it is managible for the average person. always see people weigh the machine way down and do half reps - or use their back to thrust the weight back, that and the lat pulldown are the two biggest douchbag machines
