I made this earlier today for the first time. I heard about it from Gentle Whispering's ASMR channel where she tasted different Russian foods. I used mayonnaise and chopped boiled eggs and this dish is the weirdest thing I've ever seen and it is so freakin good!!
Victoria, did you guys ever eat sarmale? (that's what cabbage rolls are called in Romania). Since Russia and Romania are pretty close have you eat had any Romanian food?
I am Romanian but live in the US. This bean soup would be something that people would love to eat in Romania, my grandma would make a similar one. (I'm personally not a big fan of Romanian food because I'm vegetarian, but there are a few traditional dishes like sarmale, salata de vinete (eggplant spread) and salata de boeuf. Look it up. I'd love for you guys to try those.

Vegan mayo tastes awesome. Im not vegan but sometimes i buy it just because it tastes so good. I also love the whole line of Vegan dressings from "Follow Your Heart" Omg! Their honey mustard dressing is so good you could drink it. All of their stuff is good though you should try it some time if you see their brand in the stores.
Laura What country is this brand in❓. I usually buy "Spectrum" & prefer the vegan mayo as well.
USA. I live in DC. Whole Foods, at least in this area, uses all of their dressings at the salad bar. People dont even know they are eating vegan thats how good they are!
