Wamp Server - Forbidden: You don't have permission to access / on this server, Error Solved!

For use WAMP from out(from internet or other computer) you must change "Require local" to "Require all granted" in file
C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apacheX.X.XX\conf\extra \httpd-vhosts.conf . And in httpd.conf

@@uabramoon php/sql is ultralight solution especially with Linux :) wamp and windows it's begining only. But my boss in ex work made me use Microsoft Asp :( because he needs to make very difficult requests. But php is enough for my personal purposes in user management for my game. I envy you freedom :)

I really love this one. The line isn't even in the file. Ctrl+F can't find it, going line by line can't find it, cause it's not there. Why do you make this stuff up? And why does everyone say oh, "it's so great" the line isn't in the file. Brilliant.

Edit line from:

to:
Require all granted
Then restart all services

By default mistakenly,I deleted default PHP file from wamp server..so that if I run my PHP file in wamp server, the local doesn't get open .. please help me anyone (wamp is green in colour & all services are running too)

I can access the localhost page by the static IP on the same PC. But I get the 'Forbidden' error when I try to access the WAMP server through any other PC/mobile phone by using the WAMP server's static IP. Could you kindly advise.
