Lovely. Very well managed and looks very professional. How much is daily production capacity? Please guide, how much humidity you keep in dark room during germination and afterwards in larger room. I can not understand one thing, why you are spraying water in corridors? Shouldnt it only be over trays?
If anyone was wondering, clorox or basically chlorine is the same thing in tap water. Just like the fluoride you use is also the active ingredient in rat poison. And basically as diluted as it was in the video all it done was take an extra step to sanatize the seed rather than coat it in antifungal. So you don't have contamination issues during germination. Fun facts : US cancer rates went up 90% with the introduction of chlorine into tap water. Cancer is big business in the medical field since radiation treatment causes conjestive heart failure and other diseases as a side effect.
I’ve seen organic hydroponic fodder companies in Australia use hydrogen peroxide instead of Clorox. I would assume hydrogen peroxide is safer since it’s made in nature. Or would I be wrong?

A cap full of bleach should suffice for up to/per 5 gallons. Maybe you should think about dosing down the concentration or at least using a measuring cup when adding the bleach?

We were able to increase dry matter in green fodder grass _ We invented a liquid fertilizer that can increase dry matter in barley green fodder _ When dry matter and organic matter are increased in green barley forage, live enzymes are activated _ When the enzyme is active, it helps digest straw or straw and alfalfa _ With this method, the composition of straw that was not absorbed became 30% absorbable _ And the absorbability of other nutrients such as dried alfalfa, bran, wheat and corn increased from 50% to 95%. _ Effects of this fertilizer: increase milk and milk fat __ reduce cost _ reduce fattening time _ eliminate animal diseases _ This fertilizer was first made in the world _ And was tested on cattle, sheep, and horses _ The results were amazing _ Inventor of fertilizer : Mr. Froutan from Iran

@@soarer282 or distilled vinegar. However chlorine bleach is routinely used for food safety and since it’s rinsed off anyway I doubt it’s a real problem.
plants like bleach.if you put right amount.because it kills all bad germs in it.if you put little bleach on cut flowers, they last a lot longer.it is no harm to animals.
Since you have found a better way of growing and providing for the animals you could also find a better way to clean your trays instead of using Clorox I would try apple cider vinegar all natural environmental safe
Bleach turns into salt and chlorine naturally existing in the ocean that's refined and better enhanced by people.. vinegar is also enhanced and refined by people. Both are natural occurring elements. Both are produced and altered/put through mass production.
Clorax. You can use 3% hydrogen peroxide or vinegar to avoid molds at a later stage. For how much you have to use in time of washing, please google / youtube. Hope, this helps.
You can use vermiwash as natural fertilizer during the spray. How to make at home - pl youtube / google. In a poorly managed system, you will get 4 to 5 kg fodder from every 1 kg seed - on 8th day. If you can maintain decently, yield is 6 kg per 1 kg seed. If you can control temperature, humidity, airflow and watering properly, yield is around 7.5 kg per 1 kg seed. Maintaining relative humidity at 70% will help with almost no mold issue. Hope this helps!
Clorox is to kill bacteria and fungus that cling to the seeds. The seeds are protected from the Clorox by the hard outer shell. If you don't use Clorox the seeds will develop mold when you put them on the trays.

They should replace the clorox solution, a disinfectant, with vinegar mixed in with mint or dill weed leaves to ensure bacterial and fungal growth is kept low.
It's a disinfectant. Doesn't cause any harm just initially cleans the seeds of all bacteria. It's only used once. Some people use it very very lightly diluted to spray as a antifungal spray every other day. For mold concerns. It's economical in large production.
Did you know most all seed for growing all major crops are chemically treated before being put into the ground? Check out your local farm and feed store. Look for growing seeds in bulk they are all chemically treated. You can't eat them or use them as feed.
@@soarer282 yes its same actually now i know about fodder weight depend on how much you watering it its actual weight is from one kg seed to 2.5 kg fodder if you gain more i have to says it contains lot of water in it which is useless its good to feed chickens not for goat and big animals
