My handles are a little wrinkled on the top and it’s not even 2 years that I have it I use it very little I put the handles along the bag I think I should store it hanging on a wrist or on the ground the wrists standing so that it does not fold where the fold should be to the wrists that fall down it seems to me that it is not good to leave it for weeks without serving and tidy in this way it creates the folds
@@mademoisellelaura4614 it definitely could be how you’re storing it! Do you have the damier ebene print by any chance? That has the treated leather so those handles do get wrinkled with time, I have that print in my GM Neverfull with wrinkled handles
I also have the impression that it is due to how I put it away. I have the ebene and the mono sell it to me saying that it was still under guarantee that I should take the opportunity to change the handles but I’m afraid to do it that weakens and damages the bag that is like new so I don’t know at all what to do
@@mademoisellelaura4614 the ebene definitely gets wrinkles on the handles because of the leather, mine has it to there’s really no way around it unfortunately I don’t think, but the mono you should be able to get the wrinkles smoother by keeping the handles upright! Maybe hang it up by the handles for a week or so? I have the same problem with wrinkles on my Graceful because of how they shipped it to me.

You can always get your leather straps replaced at Louis Vuitton since your monogram isn’t ruined. I’m not sure how much Louis Vuitton charges, but a guy on UA-cam Bedo’s leather works does really good job and he has videos of replacing the Louis Vuitton leather straps

The leather doesn’t look dirty! It’s Patina...it’s supposed to look like that as it ages....I think it looks very good!

You can clean up the leather with water wipes. The baby wipes that are 99% water. Love the bag. I have this one with the cerise interior.
