dealing with period cramps

i dont know how there isnt a class in school to teach this stuff. so many doctors you try talk to dont even take you seriously so lets talk about it. these are all of the ways i've been able to make my period cramps bareable. whether you have horribly debilitating cramps or even just light pain, theres probably something here that will help you deal with period cramps. lets go :)
